Bartels Heating and Air in Hamilton was a life saver. My air conditioner was not working during temperatures of 90 degree's and higher. They had someone come out the same day I called and fix it when other companies said they did not know when they would be able to get the part that was needed. They sent Raven, who was WONDERFUL! He called prior to coming and was on time! He was very professional and very knowledgeable. You rock, Raven!

We had a lightning strike that damaged our Infinity HVAC system. These technicians had no technical equipment to diagnose this type of equipment. They also had no spare parts to swap out. They wanted to order a new control board and if that didn't fix the problem, order a new thermostat, all costing 3 to $4,000. I would advise not purchasing these so-called efficient systems because there is no real technical service available.

We had a geothermal that was not running very efficient and in need of service. Bartels Heating & Cooling came out and fixed it right up. They were extremely friendly, efficient, and thorough. I know who I'll be calling for my geothermal needs in the future.

Tyler was there first thing in the morning and was very honest and fair. Would definitely recommend.

What a great experience from literally start to finish! Our furnace went out literally on the coldest day of the year here in Hamilton OH. I called this company simply by reputation and they succeeded our expectations. We called them closer to close and not only did the office scheduler make sure we would be seen the same day, once we determined we needed a new furnace, they rearrange their schedule to make sure a new furnace was installed the very next day.

Our sales guy Matt came out immediately and went over options. He knew cost savings was important to us, especially right after Christmas, he didn't hassle with us on upgraded this or that, but made sure his attention to detail and services needed was cost efficient based on our budget, thanks again Matt, u da best! I have had the same company for 15yrs until their service and values changed. My air went out and called Bartell and they were super amazing starting from us calling them. They came out the same day the guy that came was super knowledgeable and professional and actually was able to find what was wrong and get it fixed. Huge pat on the back to Steve. I definitely am sticking with them from now on and definitely recommend them to anyone that needs any heating and cooling work done.

BEWARE part cost quoted $296.13, searched new part # found price $30.71, after hrs service. Do the math % difference will knock you off your feet. Regular service company was out of town, needed heat. I know companies need to pay their employees along with making a profit but this is ridiculous.

John serviced our furnace for the winter. He was very thorough and meticulous. He wore a mask and covered his shoes. We have had a contract with Bartels for more than 10 years. Very pleased with their work and charges.

As is usual, the HVAC Tech (Matt), arrived right in time. Went about the maintenance of the heat pump in the normal polite and professional way. Completed the inspection and cleanup and explained everything that was done. Great job, as always!
