In addition, a small sheet metal shop was built and a one-room office operated out of the basement of Ken & Amy Shakley's home. As the business grew, it became necessary in 1999 to build a larger sheet metal shop with an attached office.

Shakley Mechanical is a quality caring company that has a great response time. We've had to use them twice within the last month, once for a bad furnace motor and another due to AC not blowing cold air. I contacted Shakley Mechanical on a holiday, and they returned my call less than a half hour after they opened the following day. We had a service technician at our house that day. Some parts had to be ordered to make our repair, and the repair was done the day they received the parts. Seth, the technician who made the first service call and did the final repair was very professional and courteous.

We have had so many issues with heating and air conditioning since moving into our home. Our system finally broke this summer and Shakley tried to fix it but the system couldn't be saved. So we ordered a new unit and they came out to install it. Jim, Brandon, and Corey worked effectively and explained everything to me. They were quick, considerate and very knowledgeable. They were very polite and easy to talk to! Highly recommend!

Jim, Cory and Jeremy installed a new trane furnace and ac unit and also ran all new ductwork in the attic. Andy arranged everything for the install. They did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and professional. They were here for 3 days and arrived on time every day. They are all super nice and I highly recommend them to anyone needing repair or replacement of furnace or ac.

We had Shakley Mechanical install a completely new heating and air conditioning system. Their crew of Jim, Cory and Brandon did an outstanding job with the install. They completed the job in one day. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and put away. Jim took extra time to go over the operation of the new system. They are truly customer service experts.
