Indicated as a percentage, your furnace's AFUE tells you how much energy is being converted to heat. For example, an AFUE of 90 means that 90% of the fuel is being used to warm your home, while the other 10% escapes as exhaust with the combustion gases. Type of compressor that uses a more efficient process for compressing refrigerant for better cooling efficiency.

Whenever we have had the need for Jodway's service, it's always been a tremendous experience. The office personnel is responsive, courteous, and informative. Jodway was very fair and great to work with. I decided to select them because they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and their plan to install my new Humidifier was better then any other I received. The tech was very meticulous, pleasant and informative. Not every installation goes as planned. The way my furnace was originally installed made for a not so typical Humidifier install. Jodway came back with a solution to my installation at no additional cost to me. It even made the final install much better then I expected. I would highly recommend Jodway Heating and Cooling.

At times it's very difficult to find a quality provider, however I would say jodway is one of the best. I called early in the morning as I was having a heating issue problem, they gave me a schedule for that day, kept me informed of progress and technician showed up right on time. He was able to resolve my problem in about a half an hour, and then helps me understand what was the cause but I can do to prevent it in the future.
Very professional and really excellent work and a very short time, and I felt it was very price competitive, and just over all very satisfied with the experience working with them.

I called in the morning with a furnace issue. I was able to get a service call scheduled for the same morning. Don the technician was great. He was on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and remedied the issue. He also was great at explaining what the issue was caused by and how he fixed it. Five stars for sure. We will continue to use Jodway for all of our HVAC needs.

I called on a Saturday not expecting to hear from anyone until Monday. I was called within an hour and someone was sent out to look at my furnace. The blower motor was bad. Mr. Jodway left a few space heaters to help warm us until he was able to repair. By Monday afternoon my heat was working again. Absolutely excellent service, very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Thank you again for your fast, professional service!

Just had an AC checkup with Don from Jodway. He was very knowledgeable, professional and on time and honest. The unit checked out good but needed refrigerant added. He ballparked it would need a pound and after checking, he said it needed half that and the fee was half. That's what keeps people coming back when you are honest. Lifetime business is more important than a quick gouge of a customer.

I called Jodway at 8:00am explaining that my AC wasn't working. It was on one of the 90 degree heat record breaking days. Jodway quoted me a visit at 7:00pm. I called other places and no one could come out for 24-48 hours. I was surprised when I got a call at 2:30 asking if a technician could stop by. He diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes, replaced the part in another 10 minutes. The AC unit was up and running after that. Great job Ryan from Jodway and thank you!
