In 2018 I bought a Furnace from WeatherKing for a rental until. When I called this week to get it serviced the person I spoke with seemed irritated I even called and then lied saying there was no warranty on parts bc I bought furnace in 2015 (I didn't even on the property in 2015) I was able to find my paperwork that showed it was purchased in 2018 but could not get a callback from WeatherKing.
I tried multiple times. Thankfully I found a more reputable vendor to service the furnace (though I won't get parts warranty from Weather King) today from the other vendor I learned they way oversold me on size of furnace for size of that unit- which is not good for the life of furnace for many reasons and will cost me more in long run. Add that to many reasons not to use Weather King!

These guys are awesome. Their options are nice, the service was professional and they were very easy to talk to. They do not bloat fees either. Some of the newer techs at first struggled with some of my old wiring in my house, and there were no extra charges for the longer hours! The installation was very clean too. Thanks guys

We couldn't be more pleased with Weatherking. Furnace died Fri night. I called Saturday morning, and within 45 mins they had someone out to take a look. On Monday they installed a new furnace for us. We have used them for annual maintenance for many years and they were always honest and great to work with, but with the temperatures plummeting and everyone home working remotely, we especially appreciated their quick response time this time!

Back in June, we were connected to Weatherking through the Costco Lenox program. Great experience start to finish. Our furnace and AC quit at the same time. Raj was out the next day and two days later his team was on site installing the new equipment. They finished 5 hours later, cleaned up the entire work area and gave us a tutorial re: using the new thermostat and unit. Been 6 months and absolutely no issues. Pricing was considerably less than the three other quotes we received. Very satisfied.

I got the quote from Weatherking through Costco. Patrick, Jon and Baley came to install Lennox ac and furnace. They arrive at 8:30 am on time and started working immediately. My house has lot of duct work and they took only 2.5 days to complete the installation and duct work. It was bad rainning day and they kept the house clean. I am very satisfied with their fine touch and neat duct work. The variable speed furnace is running quietly. I highly recommend the installation from weather king.

For the most part, we've had good experiences with Weather King, but I've never posted an online review. This time around, though, I feel it's important to give credit where it's due. Our furnace was blowing cold air on New Year's Day, so we called Weather King. Within an hour or so, Joshua H. arrived. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and patiently answered my questions.
We have a complex, multi-zone heating system, and he worked hard to diagnose the problem that was causing the furnace to function improperly. This kind of outstanding customer service and professionalism deserves to be recognized. I'm sure all homeowners have had a bad experience with a service provider at some point in their lives, and it's always stressful when a major appliance isn't functioning properly. That's why it's so important to recognize guys like Josh for their dedication to getting the job done right. We appreciate it!

I called Costco for their HVAC company to give us a quote. They connected us to this company weather King. I called Costco on 5/3 and Weather King called us on 5/3. The lady was very nice on the phone and questioned if our heat and cooling were still working. I informed her that my A/C is currently not working. She then proceeded to say she could have someone out next Friday between 12 and 2.
I sat home all day waiting for them today on 5/10. No call no show. I called Weather King to inform them. They stated that had me down for 5/17. Which was not what was initially said to me on the phone. Because why would I have agreed to wait 2 weeks for a quote with a broken unit and I am not even in town that day. I told the lady this on the phone she put me on hold.
She then Proceeded to tell me well they are coming next week. I told her just to cancel and that I was calling Costco to complain because this company should not be allowed to advertise through them. And I told her I was going to write up a Google review. She told me that I wasn't being fair to them since they are coming next week. And told me that I am crazy for doing so. Clearly, after this interaction I do not want them in my home. How unprofessional!

Our Weatherking salesman recommended a high efficiency Lennox furnace and a/c with a humidifier and an Apco air purifier. The air in our home has never felt better! We are completely satisfied. The installers were very professional and neat. I would highly recommend using Weatherking for your heating and air conditioning needs!

Very dissatisfied. They're workers were young & pleasant enough-workmanship not what I'm used to. When doing the estimate phase, had to constantly ask for what was to be incl. Job done following day-to my horror this system/lennox (furnace) which their rep spoke so highly of comparing to Train is loud as a TRAIN! I think that should have been the 1st thing out of the sales rep mouth when I opt for the less expensive 80% over the more expensive 96%.
My old furnace that all the co. who came out said it was comparable to a 70% eff furnace-But U know what!? It wasn't LOUD! The other mishap was the programmable thermostat/with wall plate promised was not what they installed-I made a call & they corrected that. Been sitting w/this for 2hours & I hate it!

Update to my prior WeatherKing review. WeatherKing sent out a tech named Matt who really was outstanding and corrected our noise with our new furnace, and explained the whole system operation and why is was louder than we expected, he made a adjustment on the thermostat and it is working the way we were told it work by the salesman would use them for any further yearly maintenance. I also did receive a $100 WeatherKing gift card for a referral.

So had an issue with the a/c: compressor/fan working but suction line warm. I suspected a leak. Tech comes out and says yeah, pretty much no refridgerant. Then proceeds to give me a little diddy about replacement like I am being fed a line--no trouble shooting or anything aside from hooking up the gauges. I ask him what about finding the leak. He goes on about $900 to fill and try to find a leak with no guarantee.
I say "huh?". Then quotes me an astonishing $112 / lb R22. Basically his whole schtick was coming to say "yeah, it's broke and we can sell you a whole new one". Lame service call if you ask me. Complete waste of time and out $80. Just as an FYI: called Broadview Heating and Cooling immediately after. They come over, I tell them the same thing.
They fill up some refridgerant to get it going and found the leak (I believe with electronic device). Just as an FYI: quoted service visit $79, additional work ours at $89/hr, and R22 at $55/lb. That's honest and up front.

This company offers heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services in the Cleveland metropolitan area. On the one hand, they do good work, and will work around your schedule to get the repairs done. You won't have to wait long for them to come out to your home. On the other hand, both times I have worked with them, there has been a mismatch between what I was quoted and what they wanted to charge. However, they did honor the original quote after I called in.

We had Weather King install a new furnace and air conditioner in 2010. These units have been nothing but a money pit ever since. The air conditioning goes out at least once per summer. Last summer we had a service person from Weather King come out and told us the condenser was bad on the unit. It was going to take 48 hours to get the part and repair.
I explained that my mother was coming that evening and could not handle the 90 degree heat. Suddenly, he said, "let me try something." He cleaned the coils and the unit was functioning. That was one year ago. Had I not complained he would have charged me over $1000 for a repair I didn't need. We are now dealing with their terrible customer service again and this will be the last time. Buyer beware!
