I had a complex set of HVAC problems created from a previous installer. Corey and Justin provided a quick, accurate diagnosis and solution for all my issues. Shannon was my main point of contact and did a great job explaining my equipment options and answering all my questions throughout the process. I was comfortable enough to allow them to work in my home without being present on the final day.

My furnace quit working New Years day, I called Ables and they was going to send a tech out but we decided to wait until the ne to work day. We decided we needed a new furnace and they was able to get it put in quickly and the installation team was great about keeping us informed about what was going on. Called Ables this morning and they were out with a technician on site within 3 hours. Obviously scheduling plays a factor there, but they were willing to hear me describe what was going on and reassured me that they'd be able to handle wiring concerns we had. They were prompt and took care of the job within a few hours. My family is grateful to have this taken care of.

I have been Dealing with Russ Ables and Ables Electric and Heating for over 30 years. Soon after we bought our house which is all electric our bill was crazy high. We then had Ables install all new heat pump and new furnace. Our electric bill was almost cut in half! That was 30 years ago. We needed to replace our old system with a new system and we used Ables again this passed June.
I have found that Russ Ables to be a man of integrity. Their service techs have always been very good. And especially Robert and Jonathan. They give 100%. And are professional and kind. We had an entire heat pump installed including all vents and duct work. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. The equipment is super efficient. Didn't get an estimate waited, called the employee told me when he was ready he would get it to me, two weeks later still no estimate, so I called back said they could do one part and the rest two months later, then was told to use another company ( who does that)! Then when I called to cancel another appointment with them the employee told me he was happy that I went with another company ( who does that ) I think they need to replace this employee!

Phenomenal experience. My mother has severe COPD and was struggling to breathe when the AC went out at her home. These guys were extremely compassionate, professional and responsive to her needs in consideration of her health issues. Within just a few hours over a weekend, it was diagnosed and repaired. We have been customers of Ables for almost two years now. and as nobody likes to have their furnace go out, our unit has gone out a couple times. Due to age, or replacement valves, etc. But here nor there, my review is about the professionalism of Ables and the warranty to their work! There was a simple error from their 1st visit, and their employee owned up to it, and of course it was then a simple fix.

We just had our ac/furnace replaced and have nothing but good things to say about the experience! Bill walked us through our HVAC options and honestly answered all questions that we had. Justin and Brad did our. installation the very next week. They were prompt, professional, and super nice. Even after a few issues came up, they solved them quickly and calmly. Need to give a big shout out to Ables Heating & Cooling for such great service today! We had a "frozen" unit and we made a call to Ables and they were at our house in no time! The service guys were super. friendly, informative and explained what exactly they needed to do to fix the problem. Our heating and cooling unit is 20+years old and it is inevitable that a new one is on the horizon for us, but they were able to fix it for the time being and we are so appreciative! My hot water heat was causing problems. I have an A-Frame house and Second floor was cold. Came to fix and said it needed a part which took a while to locate. after 10 days they came back. A tech named Robert worked for hours and everything ran perfectly. He went to his truck to figure the invoice, came back and said there is "no charge". What a wonderful surprise that Ables would do this! Great company with superior technicians!
