I stopped in at their office tried to purchase a filter for oil tank three employees did not know what i Was talking about. I can see their upset not getting a service call but times are tough they told me to check the internet so much for shopping locally.

I recently switched to Knight Fuel from another company and am extremely satisfied with the service. Even though I had auto delivery with my previous oil company, I had to constantly monitor the oil level but with Knight they never let it go to a 1/4 tank and are extremely reliable. If you do need to call the office, you always get a person immediately. I am very pleased and glad I made the switch.

Why would anyone be compelled to write a review about an LP gas delivery service? Because they ALWAYS answer the phone. Always deliver. And are always professional. They are just an amazing anomaly in todays business climate.

I have an antique kerosene heater that I use on my 3 season porch when I am entertaining friends. Buying it in lowes can get very expensive so I decided to Google who sold it locally. Knight fuel came up and to my surprise they had a self serve pump just like regular diesel. The staff was very nice and I enquired about home heating oil. After speaking with them I found out they are family owned and operated and I'm a firm believer in keeping small businesses in our community. The staff was knowledgeable with competitive prices so I've decided to use their services. If you need oil services I strongly recommend using knight fuel.

I called Knight Oil to get an estimate for our oil burner replacement. Our current oil burner is working fine but is circa 1981 and is not efficient and is showing serious signs of wear and tear. The office administrator was very personable and directed me to Ron G. the project manager that performs the estimates (this was on a Thursday). Ron returned my call and left a voice message on Friday, I returned his call and caught him in the office.

He was agreeable to coming out on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (other companies were highly restrictive and were non-committal). We scheduled Monday at 1:30 PM and Ron actually was in the area earlier, therefore he called up and asked if he could perform the estimate at 12:30 which was fine. He performed the detailed review of the system and took measurements and informed my wife that we would get a written estimate by Tuesday.

In fact the detailed estimate with clear pricing and the product brochure was in my inbox by 5:00 PM the same day! Knight Energy is easy to schedule and professional in their onsite visit to our home. I would highly recommend them. I originally contacted Knight Energy because my good friend had used their oil service for 35-years and had nothing but great things to say about the Knight's service and pricing model. She had replaced their oil burner 6-months earlier before selling their home and said the job went perfectly with the Knights service team.

I've used Knight for both heating oil and propane (for appliances) for about 4 years. They have great customer service on the phone and for maintenance and repairs. Here's proof. Our furnace broke last night on Dec. 22nd. At 10:30pm. In 20 degree weather. On a Friday. The on-call repair person called me back within 5" of my call. He walked me through some things i could try on my own, but nothing worked.

I was OK with waiting for a service call until the morning, but he said, "No, it's too cold. I'll be there in 20 minutes." (Think about that. He insisted on coming.).And he was here in 20".And he had the parts. And we got our heat back. At 12:30am when he left 12:30am! Middle of the night crisis averted, thanks to Knight Fuel Co. I highly recommend them.
