I will never ever use another company for my HVAC maintenance. From the first phone call they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and honest. I had a quote from another company for an $8,000 repair job, and was told it wouldn't be done until the Fall. All Gas had it fixed within 30 days for under $1000. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They will fix it correctly, the first time, and you will never have to worry that you are being taken advantage of. THE BEST! Thanks guys!

My elderly parents had no heat and new to the area. Nothing had failed in our 20 year old house, but we had All Gas Heating & Cooling of Sandwich, MA replace our furnaces, air condition units and all associated equipment as a precaution. The entire experience was stellar! The crew (Jay and Darren) were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, informative, courteous and professional. It was a pleasure working with owners, Chris and Kimberly. We were extremely lucky to find All Gas through Mass Save's list of providers. Over the course of a year, we worked extensively with them as our house (which we bought in foreclosure after it was neglected for months) needed completely new systems: heat, hot water, air conditioning, and a generator. Where other contractors had refused to do the work or fill out the paperwork or quoted us astronomical prices, Chris and Kimberly give us a very reasonable quote and followed through with cheerful assistance and professionalism.

They even helped us fill out the rebate forms! It was a very difficult job given the age and condition of the house and all the unforeseen problems that arise with a historic renovation, but they came on time, did what they promised, and kept to their prices. If you want exceptional service and a company that takes pride in their work and delivers outstanding customer service, look no further. We highly recommend All Gas!

This company came to our house back in 2016 and 2017. Both times they provided good service. In 2017, we were informed that we would need a new water heater and an exhaust motor for our furnace in the near future. They told us they would email us a price for the motor. This we did not receive. In February, we sought multiple estimates of cost for replacing the water tank and the exhaust motor.

We prefer to use local businesses, but due to their MUCH higher estimates, we went with Home Depot- who referred us to ARS/Heating and Air Conditioning Services. Recently our furnace again needed servicing. We called All Gas, explained the most likely problem. We were told, "Chris was going to take a pass on doing the job" The reason? We were told it was because we didn't use them for the water tank and motor replacement.

When money is tight, as it is in our household, we have to go with the best price. Now, I will never use All Gas again, nor will I ever refer them to any of my real estate clients. Petulance is not what I need from a business

I rarely write reviews but when I receive exceptional service I feel compelled to share it. My AC compressor broke during the night. I called All Gas and spoke to the owner wife Kimberly. She was very friendly. She had a technician at my home that day. The technician arrived at the scheduled time window. He was not only knowledgeable but friendly and professional as well. The fee was extremely reasonable. I live in a large condo community and I found out they have many customers where I live. Not surprised. I highly recommend this company.

Great service. We are new to the area and so far I have had them check out furnace and do a short-notice move of two AC units. Chris and Kimberly are very responsive and professional. Once again after 4 years of not having any problems with my old furnace the age of a part of my furnace caused it to fail. Although there were not able to come over the night it happened I was assured someone would be by first thing the next morning. Chris(the owner) came by at 8:10 and once again had the part needed to do the job in his truck and by 9:30 I had heat and it was working great.

I believe the negative reviews about All Gas Heating and Cooling are not being 100% truthful because there are to many other very happy All Gas Heating customers with great experiences and were left completely satisfied for Chris and his crew to do a great job one day then completely change his business and get sloppy and careless the next day. Very affectionate and I would recommend them to anyone. I have been through a lot of people to try and fix the issue with my boiler. All Gas came in and first found a gas leak that none of the other guys found and fixed, cleaned my boiler that the other companies told me I shouldn't have to clean ever. Which we all know is not true. Then he also found a gas leak outside of my house which is now fixed. My boiler is no longer having issues and I am so thankful! Thank you so much! YAY ALL GAS!

I called these guys for my mother at 8 this morning because we had no heat! I tried to light the pilot for the gas heater but it wouldn't stay lit. Chris was here before 11:00 am, fixed the problem and after 30 years with the same heater and boiler he is going to send me a quote for the work. FYI it was 20 degrees here, real feel of 6 with 23 mph wind. So, he was super busy and still took the time to come today. Thanks Chris!

All Gas Heating & Cooling installed my new high efficiency gas boiler and hot water tank. The entire process from my initial call to the actual installation was handled professionally and seamlessly. They took care of the registration of my equipment and applied for all the rebates and both emailed and mailed a complete package for my records. Not only does my new system working exceptionally but the installation is truly spectacular- I've invited several of my friends to see my new system! They don't go over the bridge! I live 13 mins away WOW! Disappointing I work in Sandwhich and deal with A LOT of the residents in town and surrounding towns and I will make sure they know how unhelpful they were

I waited all day for them to repair my heating system that stopped working. It was Saturday first call was at 11:30AM. Called over and over, answering service answered and said they relayed the message. FInally at 6:15 I got a call back that they weren't coming. Never again.

Excellent Service! We had no heat for a few days, All Gas was able to install a new Furnace in a very timely and professional manner! Top Notch! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had an appointment for a Monday between 1 and 3. Took time off work to wait. 340 rolls around with no call or tech. I call them and an answering service picks up and promises a call back. Nothing. So I waisted my time and my heating system didn't get serviced before my wife had her baby. Finally get around to call them back to find out why they ignored my call and didn't show up.

The lady on the phone blamed some girl they hired and had "problems with". Well that's not my problem, guys. Apparently they didn't feel my business was important enough to offer any kind of compensation for my time and their business issues. I will never recommend this company to any of my coworkers, or multitude of friends and family on the cape.

They should be a little more careful who they employ apparently, and own up to their own mistakes and take some responsibility for their employees. My time, just like theirs, is costly. Thanks to them I waisted 5 hours of mine.

I called a lot of HVAC people because of a emergency. I received a prompt return phone call from there office and no one from the other calls I made had the decency to return any of my calls. I was told that the owner would come by my home around 5:00 and they would call before to confirm and the owner chris showed at 5:00. There prices are extremely fair and they returned the heat to my home in less than a hour.

I was so impressed cause my furnace needed a blower motor and chris went right out to he truck and got the one needed to fix my problem. I was completely 1000% satisfied with there professionalism and will always call ALL GAS from Sandwich when I need more HVAC work done. THANK YOU ALL GAS and Chris.

So on Wednesday, I woke up to find an inch of water on the ground of my basement. Turns out the house that I had just moved into had an almost-30 year old forced-water heater/boiler and.just gave out of me. Now, I live in Plymouth, and there really aren't very reputable places in the area that I could go to. I called a couple places, and nobody had anyone available until later in the afternoon.

If you've ever had a heating emergency in the dead of winter, I hope you can empathize what I had been feeling. I spoke with Kimberly, who, after talking with the field tech, called me back almost immediately and said that they would be able to make the trek up to Plymouth, where I live, from Sandwich. I.cannot even understand how great this was.

She said there wouldn't be an ETA on when they could get up, but it would be soon. The tech showed up less then an hour later. Again, amazing service! Unfortunately, the news was bad, and my boiler was going to need to be replaced. There on site they were able to give me a quote, part information, and the work that would need to be done. The guy, Chris, went through everything with me and let me know exactly WHY it all happened, our options, and how long it might take to fix.

Being the dead of winter, we kind of needed to do all of this.stat. So, an hour of descision making, we called them back and gave them the OK for doing the repairs. They got the new boiler in stock the SAME DAY, and told me they would be by in the morning to do the work. Turns out the owner of the company made a house call to do some prep work while I was out, and he was nothing but nice.

The work was long and hard, but eventually was finished. They explained everything that came with the new boiler, how to operate it, the warrentee it came with, and that they are just a call away if needed, and I really can't see myself going anywhere else for any kind of heating repair. This business earned the Five Stars I'm giving them. Service, price, punctuality, customer service, and friendliness. Everything.
