We called to make a appointment and the lady who answered the phone is horrible at her job. She is rude and wouldn't listen to me. She told us we have to wait 2 weeks or pay over 200 for a emergency appointment. I have a warranty and planned on paying for the service call, she refused to look my warranty up. Never again will I call them or recommend them bc of her. Jem he her off the phone she's making you lose business.
