My 80 plus year old mom, purchased ICCS, HVAC warranty agreement, which covers maintenances and service calls, last year (2013). She lost her gas heat on one of the coldest nights of the year, last week, (2/10/14). She called John at 9:30pm. John told her he probably would need a part, that he couldn't get until the morning. He told her a tech, would be out at 8am.
The tech showed up a little before 8am, checked out the system and sure enough needed to purchase a part at local supply house. The system was up and running by 10am they next day. Cost NOTHING, it was covered by the service agreement. I highly recommend, John and his crew, and check out his service contract, it's a GREAT deal. Thanks John, and your crew at ICCS, you guy's are the best!
