Very efficient--was in and out in 10 minutes after filling two 20lb propane tanks. Young service guy was very nice too. Note that this type of retailer will give you a better deal than most gas or service stations. You can watch the meter to see you're getting what you paid for vs other retailers who may not always be 100% honest; meaning that they charge a flat price for a full refill but you may not have a full tank. I feel confident in Enright and Sons and highly recommend them for small propane refills.

I am giving them one star as they did come out right away. Very nice kid very polite.replaced a part for me. I called bc I had a leak.the kid ( I won't embarrass him and name names) said I will have water pool toward this area later-I didn't really understand why as it is a flat floor but ok I'm not the expert. I went to check my floor after he left and realized the only area of the leak he cleaned was around the small pump he replaced.

My floor still had about an inch of water all over it sleeping into whatever items were touching the floor! He didn't tell me he never cleaned anyolace else.its been hours since he left and 12 towels down and counting.i did call to mention and the girl that answered the phone stated " we are not responsible to clean a leak" I questioned her several times.so let's get this straight -you come to fix a leak yet you don't clean it -only the area you're working in.

How does that make sense and how is that customer service and when we're you going to notify me! If I hadn't looked I would have more things ruined than I already do! I asked several other people that " fix leaks" and all said bs Now I have a room that smells like mildew/many things that are ruined/towels that are trashed and a day of my time fixing this after I paid someone to do the job that is theirs!

This is the second time I've had a 20lb propane tank filled here, and the second time I got my receipt back to find they've only filled it halfway. A full 20lb propane tank should take about 4.7 gallons from empty, and weigh ~ 37lbs with a typical 17lb tare weight. Enright & Sons only filled with 2.8 gallons, and the tank only weighed 28lbs when I got home.

That is just barely half full! To be fair, they do charge by the gallon (unlike other places that charge a flat rate to "fill"), so I got exactly what I paid for. However, I'm disappointed that this tank will last only half as long before I have to take it somewhere else (certainly not Enright & Sons!) for yet another re-"fill"!

We woke up Dec. 24 to no heat. Called a few places and Enright & Sons was the first to say they could be out that day (others said after Christmas). They were at my house within hours. The tech had an apprentice with him, both were extremely courteous and the tech admitted he doesn't service Carrier systems regularly, but he would take a look to see if it was a simple enough issue to get us back up and heated.

He was open and honest and found a failing igniter quickly. They were able to locate the OEM part - since it was proprietary to the system - and had our heat on soon after. Genuinely nice guy that explained and showed me all that he was doing and the price was less than what I have paid to other HVAC companies in the past. Highly recommended.

Great place to fill your propane tank. You won't get a tank that full at home depot

I have been a customer of Enright and Sons for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Any time that I need to call the office, they are very nice and helpful. I ran out of oil for the first time ever this morning, due to a broken gauge on my oil tank. I called Enright and explained what happened and they assured me that someone would be out as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes, the driver was out, filled my tank and restarted my heater for me. I can't thank Enright enough! Keep up the good work!

We found ourselves with a broken AC the night before a party. We called several places in the morning and Enright and Sons were the first to respond quickly and effectively. The person we spoke with on the phone reassured us we would be taken care of. The technician showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. They charged a fair price especially considering the urgency and busy holiday weekend. The technician was polite, well informed, and kept us up to date while the work was done. We're very impressed with this business and highly recommend them.
