Niel did the plumbing for my generator. Not only was he prompt, and quite competent, but he went out of the way to explain things and demonstrate additional helpful things on various natural gas appliances. I felt like I made a new friend who truly cares that things work and work well for me (not simply to check the box and get the job done). I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his family business to anyone! THANK YOU

Neil was running late so we received a phone call indicating so. We appreciate that. He had to swap out old pipes for our new dishwasher and it was a tough install for the space. He also replaced the spicket outside that has been a constant problem for YEARS. So happy about that. We've also had some issues with a pipe in the laundry room which he rearranged, so that is no longer a worry.

He updated our main water switch off line and also added an additional main switch off line for the outside spicket. Again, not something we asked for, but something he took upon himself to do. Anything that makes our lives easier as home owners is fine by us. He made a couple of other suggestions for inquiries we had. We would definitely use him again in a heartbeat. Also he was the Only plumber who returned our call. Something we noticed during the pandemic, it's hard to get professionals to call you back.

We've used Slattery for BOTH plumbing and HVAC and they are fantastic. Neil Sr. came out to replace a section of cracked waste pipe. He was incredibly thorough and took extra time to explain everything he was doing and even gave a brief masterclass on our plumbing system. When asked if he could refer an HVAC company, he mentioned his son runs their HVAC business.

I didn't hesitate to use them again. Neil Jr. came out to re-route some ductwork for us a few weeks later and again, it was another great experience. He too was thorough, and took the time to explain everything. I had a ton of questions and he gladly answered them all. He even looked at our second floor furnace to provide some professional insight.

They even send out text messages a day in advance to remind us of appointments, as well as day-of with estimated arrival times. As new homeowners, it so comforting to know that we now have BOTH a plumber and an HVAC company that is professional, trustworthy, reliable, fairly priced and thorough. It's very rare to find all these. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Neil is a total professional. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and you can trust him to have a customer's best interest at heart, not just their wallet. Highly recommend his company.

We had a Friday night broken water pipe and had the town turn off the water to the house. I randomly chose a plumber from an internet search and got Niel Slattery & Sons. I was in a panic as we were having a house full of relatives in a few days. It was a lucky chance as they came to look at the problem on a Sunday and made the repair on the spot.

Water back on that afternoon! We were very pleased with how responsive they were and how knowledgeable- offering several options for the repair. It's an old pipe that will need replacing- I will certainly call them in the very near future for that larger job.

I recently had a pipe burst, even though my husband temporarily fixed it and stopped the water gushing, I didn't feel comfortable without a licensed plumber fixing the issue. I contacted Neil Slattery and they sent over the nicest, most professional person Kostik. He came over diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He explained everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed without sounding like he was mansplaining. I would definitely contact them again for any plumbing issue.

Their responsiveness, customer service, and care for their customers is second to none and I will be recommending them to everyone that I know. I have never had a reliably plumbing and HVAC company in the past, but I am happy to say that I do now!

I highly recommend Neil Slattery plumbing. During a time when plumbing/heating services are in demand in what is obviously a difficult environment for everyone Neil Slattery plumbing was in regular contact through out the process and showed up exactly on time. While in my house they exhibited every safety protocol possible and on top of that (and perhaps most importantly), showed a great knowledge of the job and fixed the issue in a professional and timely fashion.
