I have to admit I got to give this guy a pat on the back. He was recommended to me from within my community in Englewood. It was a tricky ac issue but he sent a couple different techs and figured it out. He did a great job overall. Definitely an expert in the field. Does not like to be called on his mobile phone, and does not like when you leave messages with his answering service but, besides that, A+

I had the pleasure of meeting Lou earlier this season when I had called for a replacement of an aging 3.5 ton unit in my home. Lou was prompt, professional and extremely candid. I had two estimates from larger companies and Lou blew them out of the water. I saved over $6500.00 with Lou. He came when he said he would, finished the job in the time he suggested, he was clean and removed all of the all equipment and duct work. I highly recommend Lou!

First of all I never write reviews. I've used Lou Severino's company for approximately 10 years. No matter the heat of summer or the cold of winter they always respond quickly, get the job done and I my eyes the price was always reasonable. I decided to write this because on a very cold April Saturday in the middle of a pandemic my heat stopped working. Lou came on his own and fixed the problem that very day. Thanks again.

Called Lou Severino for a repair on my heater, They quoted me $170. including labor (plus tax) so bill should have been around $200. Received the bill in the mail for $350! They had charged me $80 for a $15 part. We called them 3 times asking for an explanation of why there was a 400% mark up on a part. We were told he would review it and get back to us. It has been 3 weeks and they have NEVER responded. My recommendation - GO ELSEWHERE!
