We called around to several different companies in fact 5 to be exact. And no one could come out. We called John's within an 2 hours The technician was here 35 minutes later Replaced a part and we had air conditioning again. And the top of all of it was after hours. The technician was Professional and friendly. And you don't find that combination too often. Thanks John's Heating/AC.

Came to my rescue on a hot summer day when my AC broke. Other companies put me on a waiting list because I didn't have a membership. Not John's AC.

I only called John's for service because they installed my system. When they originally installed my system, it was pouring rain and my new system sat in the pouring rain for hours. When they tried to put the heater in the utility room they broke the drain valve off my hot water heater, the room filled up with 2 feet of water and my new heater sat in the water for what seemed like forever. they had no resources to pump out the water. Luckily I have a swimming pool and had a pump that they used.

I complained about my brand spanking new heater sitting in 2 feet of water and was told that I was lucky that they did not charge me to fix the valve they broke off my water heater. Finally, the straw that broke the camels back was my a/c broke down. the so called service person took my unit apart and while he was installing the part he said by the way the charge will be $295 plus tax.

He was not here more than 10 minutes. I complained about the cost and he told me to next time call Horizon they don't charge as much. I posted a similar review on facebook, they took down my post and banned me from facebook. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. John's should be boycotted until they go out of business. I am a senior, a veteran, on a fixed income. I asked for a discount and the service person was very cocky and refuse any discount.

March 2020, John's installed an AC unit, this year we started to experience some minor problems with the unit keeping up with the extreme heat. John's employee, David, was sent out to diagnose our problem. Within 30 minutes he had discovered the issue repaired it and changed a few settings. This is not the first time that we have dealt with David.

He is very professional, and knowledgeable with all things related to AC. Each time we've used John's, the experience has been straightforward and stress free. I highly recommend the company and special thanks to David.

My brother used John's to replace his heating system last year and was extremely satisfied so I decided to use them to fix our mother's AC unit and my heater. On both occasions, they provided excellent customer service and professionalism from the office to the repairmen not to mention, they were honest and reasonable! Huge shout out to the staff at John's Heat and AC. We recently replaced one of our two AC systems. The crew was friendly, clean and respectful. The other existing system just broke down on the Fourth of July weekend. A service man came right out and got it up and running. I highly recommend these guys! Best prices around!

John's installed a complete new HVAC system for me back in 2018 when I purchased a new townhome and were absolutely amazing in showing up on time, responding to my calls and inquires and installing the unit/ going over everything with me. Just today I called them first thing about my hot water heater (which was not a unit they installed) not working.

I normally can figure this out on my own but this unit has a system on it I'm not familiar with. Better be safe then sorry so after calling John's they had a guy come out today and get it going. Turns out it was just the pilot light and the tech couldn't have been any nicer /professional. These guys truly are the best around! I can't thank them enough for their quick response time and customer service. Thank you John's! Customer for life!

Fantastic service! Another company told me I had to replace my entire furnace and then quoted me thousands more dollars to fix my AC unit. John found the bad part and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. Little over 200 bucks when I was almost ready to shell out 10k + for a entire new system that I did not need! Love this company and will use them from now on!
