I have used Walters and Hemming exclusively for the 10 years I've owned this house with a hot water boiler and have been pleased with the service. I bought a new furnace and air conditioner 4 years ago. I thought the price was fair (you'll always find someone cheaper though), it has a good warranty, they brought in a crew and busted out the installation all in a few hours, I had a simple problem no heat issue this winter and they came before the house cooled off, so.quickly. They're a truely locally owned family company (Bill Hemming is still there) and do a good job.

For the past 20 years and actually more, we have relied on W&H for closing our water and plumbing system for the winter period during which we are not in TC and also for the reopening of the water and plumbing (and gas) systems. They have also done extras like installing a water conditioning sytsem.

Great company to deal with. It was time I needed to replace my older furnace and hot water heater. I received quotes from two other companies with comparable equipment. Walters and Hemming came in nearly $500 cheaper, answered all my questions and were very professional. The service was top notch. The entire project took less than 6 hours to swap out a furnace and water heater. I would definitely recommend them.

I tried out a company from those web company recommendation places like Angie's list etc. They dropped the ball and never called back after the initial call. No response to me leaving voicemails etc. Then I call Walters & Hemming. I am so impressed with them! Professional. Fast. Courteous. Skilled at what they do. This is how a business should be ran. Air conditioning went out yesterday. We called late this morning and they were booked for the day, but said they should be able to work us in tomorrow. Something opened up, so Craig called and was able to come out and fix it on the spot. We called Walters & Hemming a few years ago for a heating issue which was also fixed promptly. They also charge reasonable prices. Don't hesitate to call these guys!
