I had a leaking shower drain in the second-floor bathroom. It was leaking through the ceiling downstairs. I turned off the water and called Nye plumbing. They called back and came out in record time. I have used Nye Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so.

We needed to replace our well pressure tank. The team was very responsive and easy to work with, and the owner, Ken, went above and beyond to find a tank that was available at a reasonable price. They were able to install it within a few days, and the tech was able to remove our old tank (even though it was waterlogged) and install the new tank quickly. This is a great company to do business with and I highly recommend them.

I have been dealing with NP&H for 20+ years and although they might not be the cheapest in town they save me money in the long run getting it right the first time. After 10-years of annual service, Nye stopped responding to my calls and refused to service my account for 4-years without providing a reason. Why? After 4-years of silence, Nye said it was not paid for valid warranty work on my system that Nye both sold and installed. Nye blames me for the loss, not the manufacturer, although Nye never billed me for the warranty work. The compressor, replaced under warranty, failed within 4-years and was replaced utilizing a different vendor.

My family has used Nye Plumbing & Heating for at least 30 years. I've always had superior service, great communication, and reasonable prices. They turn on and turn off the water every year at my cottage for a reasonable price. This summer a zone valve that runs the water heater went bad, and they were there within 24 hours to fix it. I would happily recommend Nye for any services you need.
