What we mean by this is simple, during business hours, we have people answering the phones, we're a large company, not two guys in a van with a cell phone calling themselves heating and cooling specialists. During times when the office is closed we have someone on call, 24 hours a day, nights, weekends and holidays.

Critical: Quality We call for service for repair the unit ac and the owner refuse to do service they are calming there was not paid invoice for June 2016 when I check my bank account it was paid by check on June 14 2016 $69.00 check No # 1329 don't use this company there are so many other company in area they do service better then this people rude owner Service: A/C system maintenance

We called them first thing am And within 30 mins we had a tech here He did a put a preliminary test And came back within hours with another crew Member. They cleaned our coils installed a new Blower motor capacitor And checked all vents Installed new filter And our furnace is working perfectly The crew members were very very informative and professionally from the lady who took our call As well great service good people We thank you! Excellent company and to my estimation very resizable I would highly recommend Thai company

Showed up relatively quickly considering the bad weather and obvious work load they've been having to do (nasty winter storm we had the last few days). He came over, asked a few questions and went right to work. fixed my central heating in a timely manner. friendly, good service, and very reasonably priced. will highly recommend.

I think they did a fine job, but they came out three times for the same leak and re-charge and charged me every time they came out and ended up being close to $600-$700 didn't get fixed completely tell the next year after they put the die in. just charged way too much for what they did. Seems to me they should come out fix the leak then charge it and be done.
