Bill started Adams Heating & Cooling 45 years ago with a dream to provide professional quality design, installation and service to the community he was born in. He is married to Sue and has 2 daughters and sons-in-law, and 4 grandchildren. Bill enjoys music and restoring antique equipment. Sue takes care of all of the accounting for the office, along with some scheduling, marketing, dispatch, and any other loose ends that need to be addressed. She is married to Bill and enjoys her grandchildren, flower gardening, decor and camping.

Had them out to quote a geo system install over 5 years ago. Price was high, so I put in my own horizontal loop geo system for under $10k. I guess that got me blacklisted with Adams because I have called to get service on my unit over the years, and they happily attempt to schedule a service call until I tell them the address of the house, at which point they say they are way too busy to help. Seems pretty small minded to blacklist people just for being ambitious enough to do their own system. If a pro is intimidated by that, it begs some questions.

I have used Adams Heating & Cooling for over 10 years now for regular maintenance service and emergencies. They have always been very professional in their work and their customer service. Over the past 7 years, they have replaced both my hot water heater and my furnace, have installed an air filtration unit on my furnace, and cleaned all of my ductwork.
Although there are other local companies that are probably worthwhile, I am sticking with Adams where I feel more like a part of the family than just another customer. They have my highest recommendation!
