From the very start of working with BC Ten it was a pleasure! From the front office staff to the on site crews. We had two on site. They were very upfront about what could be repaired and what needed to be replaced. Even after the work was done, they followed up promptly, with some questions I had. I will be referring them to everyone! And will continue to use them in the future!

Whenever I have an issue with the HVAC equipment at any of our business locations, B&C jumps right on it. There have been times where the root cause wasn't inside their normal scope of operations but they still did everything they could to help out.
