Davison Heating & Cooling

I called Davison and heating and cooling in the afternoon, I had no power to my air conditioner or my furnace and it was 85° out. They came out after hours I thought the price was extremely fair, the gentleman that worked on my house was amazing very honest very knowledgeable and he fixed it in a couple of hours explaining what he was doing as he went along. I really appreciated it I would recommend these guys for sure

I called Davison Heating and Cooling late in the day last Thursday with concerns about my gas furnace operation. The very next day James C arrived right at the time they told us he would, and he also called just before his arrival to let us know he was on his way. James did a silver furnace tune up and made sure our furnace was in tip top working condition before he left. James C was also very knowledgeable and patient enough to answer many additional questions I had about the furnace operation and maintenance. Davison Heating and Cooling are who installed our furnace some years ago now and we have been very pleased with their superb and prompt service and would suggest their services to anyone who asks.

We are very happy with the service we received from the service technician Eli J. To the installers Eric T. and Alan Y. Eli assessed our hot water heater and explained a couple things that were wrong with it. We decided to purchase a new one, since the old one wasn't worth fixing. Eli quoted us a price out the door and we were very satisfied with that.

The installers worked hard to get the work done and explained everything we needed to know after the job was done. They all were very polite and respectful. And went above and beyond our expectations. We plan to use Davison Heating and Cooling for our future heating and cooling needs.

My husband and I have been trying to get a humidifier installed on our furnace since December. We called the company that put in our furnace in and we were given a price but we were also told that it would need to be after the 1st of the year. To make a long story short, we were strung along, always a reason it couldn't be done. Last time we were told end of February, beginning of March.

I started calling other places. When I called Davison Heating I spoke with Mike in the service department. He not only gave me a price almost 200 dollars less but said they could install it the next week. Eric T came and did the install. He was professional courteous and a very nice person. He was done in no time and made sure that I understood how everything worked so I could let my husband know. Thank you Davison Heating!

Everyone at Davison Heating and Cooling are wonderful! Our concerns were addressed the same day. Mike came promptly to inspect and diagnose our furnace issues. Dave the salesperson came the same day to offer us our options. Two days later TJ and Jared installed the new furnace. The whole process was professional and efficient. Everyone treated us respectfully and the job was completed and spotlessly cleaned. what amazing TEAMWORK! Can't thankyou enough.

We had a whole house humidifier installed today. Eric T. and Alan Y. arrived on time, were courteous, and informative. They explained the device, and how to operate it properly. They were careful about their shoes on my carpet, wore booties properly and consistently. They were also fun. Thanks guys, for a job well done!

We had a furnace installed on Wednesday. The two techs (Levell and Connor) were totally professional. They arrived on schedule and continued to work on the installation until completion. They did great work, and cleaned up after themselves. The salesman Dave also informed me well so I could make the best decision on products. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs heating/cooling. Thank you so much!

We are so pleased that our son recommended Davison Heating and Cooling when we bought a house in Davison to be closer to his family. They responded immediately to our need to have a humidifier installed on the furnace. Joe came out right away to assess and quote the job. We were then put on the schedule and Levell and Connor arrived on time, had a great attitude and did a great job in a short amount of time.

The installers made sure we were satisfied with the work done, and then Joe called to follow-up to make sure we were happy. While the humidifier was being installed, we inquired as to having more work done with moving some heating vents, and the office sent Bill right over to the house to check it out. We can't say enough good things about the positive experience with Davison Heating and Cooling and will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs, as well as recommending them to others.

Had Davison Heating and Cooling out to install a new water heater. Dave was here to give me an estimate and was very knowledgeable and explained to me what I would need and why. Connor and Levell were the installers. I was very happy with the installation. They also did a great job of explaining what they were doing and how to use the new water heater. They were both very nice and left my home very clean and neat. Would highly recommend Davison Heating to anyone needing their services.

I've used Davison Heating and Cooling twice this year. Once in the beginning of the year for a planned installation of a garage heater and again in September for an unplanned HVAC system replacement. Dave gave me reasonable estimates both times, was always there to answer every question that I had, and even stopped by with the service tech on a weekend to solve a problem that I had with my garage heater.

They just finished installing a new Bryant furnace and AC unit in the house. Once again Dave helped me pick the perfect unit for my home. Installers Levell and Connor were great and did an excellent job with the installation of the furnace and AC units. From the estimate, through the install, and even with the Quality Check and follow up calls afterwards, it was a great experience. I highly recommend Davison Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

Service tech was extremely rude! Let himself in and didn't even say hello until I did and he grumbled some sort of reply. Walked around with his filthy shoes on my new carpet. Step father came in and said hello and introduced himself also. Had to say it twice to even get some sort of reply. Everyone has bad days and I certainly understand this being an electrician.

But this was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. And to think I used them last time less than a year ago for the Dane issue that they "fixed", and this was repeat business for them. Never again will I use this place and I will definitely be telling 10 people to tell 10 people that if they need hvac work done definitely go somewhere else. Even at the end, he was explaining possible causes that MAY have been the root cause of the problem, he was very condescending and rude!

Brutal service. Had someone come out to look at two fireplaces. At the end, the answer was the fireplaces are old and he's not sure how to fix them. Charged me $138 to tell me that and left. No follow-up or anything.

Scheduled a furnace cleaning and a follow up for a quote on installation of central air just a couple weeks ago through Yelp. Got a very speedy reply and even speedier appointment. Let's start by saying that Davison Heating and Cooling is a first class service business. Very professional in approach and in their work. The technician called well ahead of arrival, did the job and was out the door. I'm very pleased. Let's also commend them for commitment to being environmentally conscious. DHC is entirely paperless; likely saving a lot of trees and waste over time. Would I call them again? Yes indeed and I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their furnace or air conditioning.

Had a heating problem on a Saturday evening. Their service person came out with in an hour, with in 30 minutes furnace was up and running. We moved here about 4 yrs. ago and Davison heating and cooling are th only ones who have done any work on our furnace or AC unit. Had one bad experience with them, but they corrected it immediately and we have never had another problem. Highly recommended Davison Heating and Cooling.
