Well, after fifteen years of not being able to use our fireplace that Dee Cramer installed wrong, we decided to have a different company fix it. Come to find out, they installed a natural gas fireplace which put off nasty black soot. Every other thing in the house that Dee Cramer installed uses propane, which is what we have to use since we are rural. Since it was all tiled in, it was not an easy change over, and cannot just simply change an orifice, therefore costly. Thanks for attention to detail.

Literally, I don't know where to start with this review. My furnace went out three times over the course of 45 days. Each time, after hours of course, and on nights with wind chills in the negatives. Each time I called the Dee Cramer, their technician called me back within 10-15 mins. Over the phone they tried to troubleshoot the furnace over the phone (for free).
I am not furnace savvy at all and the technicians never ever seemed short with me or frustrated with my lack of tool knowledge. They were upfront and honest and told me the best strategies to save money considering the fact that these were all after hour calls and would be expensive with the possibility that the furnace may not even be able to be fixed if they didn't have the part available.
So cliff notes version, they ended up coming out during normal business hours the next day and fixed my furnace. The first technician I met was very nice, professional and took the time to explain things to me. So at this point I was informed my furnace was very old and I should prepare to replace it in the near future. So of course, like clock work it went out again, on another freezing night. Again, the technician called promptly and tried to trouble shoot the furnace with me which I did get working but it did go out again that same night.
So at this point I decided to replace the whole damn thing. I called a few different companies for price comparisons and Dee Cramer had the best price for my new fancy furnace. They came over first thing the next morning, had the new furnace installed in about 6 hours. The technician was again friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me.
So in the morning end, the new furnace runs great, and they even sent me a check back for the money I spent during the initial service call. All things aside, the reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because of their technicians. Every single one of them was so nice and went over and beyond to help me during critical, hectic times of stress. I hope they read this review and know how much I appreciated all of their help. You don't find many people who are so willing to help others anymore. So those guys deserve everyone of these stars.

We have been satisfied with their service and would recommend them. They installed the furnace in one day. It was well done, too. At our request, they have sent technicians to address issues with the installation free of charge. The issues were incorrect wiring to the existing AC unit, a and faulty GFI for the humidifier. The only remaining point of dissatisfaction is that the humidifier can't seem to keep the humidity above 35%.

Dee Cramer was amazing! Our furnace went out in the middle of winter and they were at my door early the next morning even before they were scheduled to get our new furnace installed. The techs were extremely professional, and courteous. They had the new unit installed and working in what seemed to be no time. Another one of the things I liked most was how clean the job was.
By the time I went downstairs to look at the new unit there was literally no mess and the old unit was removed. I am very tech savvy but they walked me through how to use and program the new thermostat which is phenomenal! I can't say enough great things about this company and all of the people working there!

Dee Cramer installed a furnace and AC for us this past July and we couldn't be more pleased. The salesperson was well versed in their products and took all the time we needed to determine the right system to suit our needs. The install went without a hitch and everyone involved was punctual, courteous, and very helpful. We have already recommended Dee Cramer to a neighbor and we will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks!

Had my furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank replaced by Dee Cramer- top-notch organization from sales group to installers right to the top. All the people were exceptional, can't say enough good things about this company highly recommend them. With the Costco rebate there's no way you can touch this price with this quality

It was time for my 19 year old furnace to be replaced. I called Dee Cramer and they came out right away. They laid down drop cloths everywhere they walked thru the house was very polite and prompt. Their top notch craftsmanship is second to none. After the install was complete they went over how to work everything thoroughly. I will never have my furnace serviced by anyone else!

I would highly recommend Dee Cramer for all my heating and cooling projects. My experience with Dee Cramer from start to finish was nothing but exceptional. I felt like I was their only customer. My furnace was about to die, and with this winter's below zero temps, I was a little scared. However, Dee Cramer came to my rescue. Within less than 24 hours of calling for service, I had a brand new furnace installed and my home never even had a chance to get cold. On top of all that they offered me rebates which saved me even more money. I suggest you not waste your time looking elsewhere - Dee Cramer is where it's at.
