Premier Heating & Cooling was established in 2003 by Greg Carew. Greg has been a member of the community for more than 30 years, and has over 30 years of experience in heating and cooling. Now the company is run by his two sons, Joe and Josh Carew. Combined, they have nearly 20 years of experienced in heating and cooling.
Premier Heating & Cooling is proud to offer customers financing through Service Finance Company, LLC, a nationally licensed sales finance company. Service Finance Company is an approved FHA Title I Lender primarily providing installment loan solutions for qualified borrowers, including consumer interest rates and extended repayment terms.
According to the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Star program, leaky ducts in attics or crawlspaces can account for 20 percent or more of a home's heating and cooling energy losses. This results in higher utility bills for you and difficulty keeping your house comfortable. Run your system, and check all the ducts and joints you can access.
Most people immediately think of furnaces when opting to heat their homes. I had a wonderful experience with Josh and his team. I had them replace a 23 year old furnace and they did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional, cleaned up after they were done, and made sure I was satisfied. To top it off, they sent me all of the paperwork for my energy rebate, completely filled out and ready for my signature. They even included a self addressed stamped envelope!

Was never notified they would be arriving and they illegally entered the home after 6PM. They then informed the landlord that the furnace was running fine, yet the temperature never rose beyond 64 degrees. Janssen Heating and Cooling was contacted to assess the situation legally and determined that in fact there were two issues that needed work. Thanks to (Janssen Heating and Cooling) Jim's three visits to the home, the furnace now blows hot air instead of cold air and can maintain the legal temperature of 67 degrees! Hell, we even had it up to 80 degrees after Janssen Heating and Cooling did the job right! All this while we were receiving 7 degree temperatures outside.

Wyatt came to my location in Rhinelander, WI and fixed my furnace quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was impressed with Premier Heating and Cooling's ability to squeeze me in on such short notice and charged me less than $100 for fixing something that their competitor told me was going to cost $600+ to repair. They will get all of my business in the future.
