For payments, we also have a drop box on the side of our building for your convenience. Smokey Barbier Heating, Inc., was founded by Marcellin (Smokey) Barbier Sr. and his wife Agnes in May of 1956. The business operated out of the home garage until 1979 when the current building was erected. The building was enlarged over the years to facilitate our changing needs. Marcellin (Smokey) Barbier, Jr. began working for his father in 1958 and purchased the business along with his wife Phyllis, in 1970.

The three installers, Kory, Jeff, and Riley, were prompt, hardworking, and knowledgable concerning installation of two ductless mini split systems for us. Our house is very old and presented several unexpected difficulties for installation, but the team dealt with them all smoothly. They gave us instruction for using the system to achieve our objectives. They worked efficiently and as neatly and unobtrusively as possible. We were happy with the job.

Replaced a furnace and installed central AC. Ryan, Jeff and Jon were super professional, careful, asked questions about where things should go, demonstrated how the furnace works, answered questions, cleaned up completely, and were generally nice and attentive. Shout out to Backus Electric too who did the electrical work. Overall very happy with the install.

Since we bought our house 3 years ago we've had issues with air conditioner pipes freezing and leaking water all over basement, we've had someone look at it and do yearly maintenance saying they did best they could but problem continued. We tried Smokey Barbieri Heating and THEY ACTUALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM! Could not be more pleased, he did things the other guy didn't and was half the price. We have no more freezing or leaking, the guy was professional, knowledgeable, and took time to give us tips! Highly recommend

We needed to install a complete AC system. Smokey-Barbier answered their phone and set up a time for an estimate promptly. Chris took the time for the estimate to make sure it would be accurate and sent it quickly. When a part was inevitably back ordered and we had to reschedule, they were apologetic. Someone contacted us asap to let us know and set up another time.
On the days of installation they were very professional and cleaned up. Chris was great explaining the system and what we need to do for use and maintenance. We will be calling them to service our heating in the fall!

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from everyone involved. From the gals that answered the phones to the guys that cleaned my air ducts and then installed central air conditioning. Cleaned up after working, courteous and very knowledgeable to the point, as a single gal, I felt very comfortable after all work was finished that if I had any issues they would be right out.
They assured me all was well, I never had central air in a home before, so they educated me on all aspects of maintenance and using unit. So glad my neighbor recommended these guys!

Cory, Dave, and Zack were very helpful with our installation of forced air. They went above and beyond, even dealt with my three year old daughter following them around and telling them how to do their jobs. When we bought our hours over 3 years ago we knew that at some point we'd have to replace our furnace. We just weren't really prepared for when it happened. Our furnace strategically planned to die a few days AFTER we did our Christmas shopping. Not to mention we were already shorter than usual. Sandy Barbier was recommended to us by several people.
