Now called Black Hawk Came and performed excellent work. They came on time and fixed a bad leaking shower faucet. They also pointed outa running toilet and offered to take care of that as well. I would definitely call them again in the future.

The keys family has been taking care of my plumbing needs since I moved here from Milwaukee 30 years ago and through 3 houses, always with professionalism, efficiency, excellent suggestions, prompt service and reasonable costs. They have also been helpful in suggesting vendors for other non-plumbing needs. Can't go wrong with this group!

The entire Keyes family are professional, reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and do the job right. I've thoroughly enjoyed working with Susan at the office for design tips and ordering. She is super efficient and fun to work with. Paul has taken on many of our large and very challenging remodeling projects and the results have been excellent and long lasting.

Many of my own family members in town only use Keyes & Sons for the same reason we remain loyal customers. They do a fantastic job and are always so professional, friendly, careful and extremely clean. In the office, Susan helped me select every fixture for my personal home salon and guest bathroom involving many fixtures and parts. She handled every part of my order and it all arrived on time. She made our most recent remodel project such a joy and are so grateful for their quick response time and availability as our project continues to progress.

It's never a good thing seeing water dripping from your ceiling. Not knowing any local plumbers, I asked my neighbors who they would recommend, and they recommended Keyes and Sons. When I called, they worked with my schedule and took the time to investigate the extent of the damage. I appreciated Brett and Paul taking the time to discuss the plan of action with my husband and me. They made sure I understood every step of the way. I would highly recommend their services.

My husband called in the morning, by 2PM they were here and the job was complete. I was able to pay the bill online which made it easy.

We at Jericho Road Ministries have been using Keyes for many years. The reason we keep calling on them is because they are reliable, professional and do a top notch job! I can't say enough good things about their workmanship! They are wonderful from first call to finish! We have a wonderful relationship with them. Glen and Susan are great to work with!

Keyes was recommended to me. Initially I was impressed when I first called. The lady seamed knowledgeable and was able to give me an estimate right away to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. I had a faucet already in mind and she recommended a sink to me, which I went with. We went over my needs for getting an estimate to install a water softener and add a shower to my tub and finish with a tub surround.

It was arranged for 2 workers to come, one for the estimates. A plumber apprentice arrived 1st and got to work on the sink. A master plumber came later to discuss the estimate. He measured the tub/bathroom and took a water sample to test for hard water and said he would get back to me with an estimate for the bathroom and softener. For the next hour he proceeded to supervise the apprentice and eventually left without saying anything.

When I got the bill, they charged me $200 more for the sink then in my quote (and what the sink sells for). The price also went up for labor, I was told it was because I chose a sink with a rear drain and my existing one had a middle drain. They had pictures of my sink and the new sink so that labor should have been expected and I thought it was in the estimate I was given.

I confirmed in writing that I wanted a 3 hole sink so I wasn't limited to a 1 hole faucet. I was told thats what would be ordered. After install I saw the sink had only 1 hole. When I emailed a response back on being overcharged for the sink, the labor and not installing a 3 hole version I asked for, I didnt get a written reply at all on the errors, just a new bill sent via email that took off the $200 sink overcharge.

No response on the wrong sink version or on labor. I preceeded to wait a week or so to hear back with the estimate on the other items and never heard back. I emailed asking for a time frame that I would get the estimate and I received a reply that she would talk to them the next day and get back to me. Its been over a month and I never heard anything more back. I will choose to go with another plumber, apparently Keyes is not interested in the business. Very disappointed

I called Keyes Plumbing through a recommendation from my realtor. A Keyes plumber came right over the next day and fixed my slight leak with the best and most cost effective solution and he gave me a recommendation for a person to do some additional carpentry work that was required. He was professional, neat and respectful of my time. I certainly hit the jackpot with Keyes plumbing and being new to the Neenah area, have found my local plumber!

Ejector pump failed late Sunday night. By early afternoon Monday, repairs complete. Terrific service! Highly recommend.

Love Keys plumbing they put our dish washer in our remodel kitchen had to have all new pluming and vent, wonderful job, clean up after the job was finished.they also put a new high rise toilet in our bath room, excellent job. Put a new floor in the bath room a few years later, they came and put a new seal on the floor and re installed the toilet. wonder full people to do business with, when they tell you a time they will be at your home, they are on time.
