Many of our customers will recognize me, but to those of you who are new to our company, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Roger Barber and the owner of FSM Comfort Solutions. I began in the heating and air conditioning business when I was nine years old helping and learning from my father.

I bought furnace from them two years ago. I made an appointment to get it cleaned, and no one came. I called and they said, they didn't see my name for an appointment. She told me the boss would call me. I never got a call.

Absolutely floored with the level of service we recieved today. After having less than great work done last year, they quickly came in- even on a warranty call- and had our heat up and running shortly after. They were kind, professional, their receptionist has the best laugh on earth, and I would reccomend them to you grandmother. Honest, quick, and smart. Thanks again, guys.

Spoke to the owner and he said it was not a problem to come to my home for estimate. My husband called right back to set up a time and he was extremely rude and said where we lived was too far. He must have figured out where we lived by then, but there was NO reason to be so rude! I called back and this man said my husband was rude to him which was not true. Will tell everyone I know to not waste their time with this horrible company who lies.

I had no heat, on the coldest days of 2019. Facing -52 wind chills, my home would not heat up warmer than 53 degrees. I was assigned FS Mechanical, by my home warranty company. Brian, was at my home same day, though appointment was next day. Brian inspected, diagnosed and worked diligently on getting my boiler/radiator heat up and running to max efficiency.

I even had to call him the next day on a few minor issues and he was pleasant and resourceful, even after working all week, on call, with minimal sleep. This company has my vote of confidence and I highly recommend them! Thank you FSM, and Brian.you are a rock star!

Terrible customer service! I have been waiting for two weeks to hear back from them to come service my a/c. One guy called me back and couldnt even find my claim. He said he would call back but ive called multiple times and have not heard back since. Please do not call this company.

Called at noon for service, CSR said she'd text the tech and call back with a time. She called 5 minutes later and they were there by 12:30. Didn't have my part but got it and was done by 2:30. Technician was very pleasant. Definitely will use again and recommend to everybody.
