George Siemer started Siemer Heating & Cooling over thirty years ago, after having worked with some of Chicago's leading HVAC companies for more than a decade. I got home from work last night and it was 86 in my house. Air wouldn't kick on after resetting and restarting. I called their after hours number and got immediate help! I have a daughter who is an epileptic and heat is a trigger for her. They had a tech out within a half hour. Victor was so nice, the weather actually took a turn for the worst and a bad storm was brewing.
He was working as fast as he could. Unfortunately mother nature won and he needed to stop but was back out before 7am this morning working on my unit and got us back up and running. To say I am impressed with the professionalism is an understatement. I had the owner call me a few times checking in on things and keeping me in the loop with everything. They have a forever customer and I will refer this company to everyone.

Got home on the hottest day of the year to find my house at 80 degrees when it should have been at a crisp 72 degrees. I immediately called Siemer (unfortunately after business hours) to get emergency service. The tech Carlos responded to our call almost immediately and gave us an estimated time he could get to our house. He was there like promised and was able to quickly identify the problem and was able to put in the new capacitor. Our 92 year old grandmother air conditioner stop working (new one installed last year). I called the company and received same day service (thanks to the CSR over the phone). Jake, a returning technician came out. He is very professional and knowledgeable and again we appreciate his service. He got us back up and running as the house was registering 85 degrees and climbing. Thanks Siemer Heating for the continue great service.

Our furnace stopped working this morning. They sent a very professional & friendly serviceman, Danny, within the hour. He fixed the problem within 45 minutes and even had the service part we needed in his truck. By early afternoon, our house was warming up. Quite affordable. We will continue to use them for all furnace/AC needs. Would recommend without hesitation!

We had the induced draft assembly replaced on our Carrier furnace. The cost for the part and service was $2,020. The receipt doesn't break down the parts and labor so I researched on line and found The part was $912.37, there was a diagnostic fee of $85.00 (the flash code tells them what's wrong so I don't understand this fee) this means it was $1,000 + for the installation.
It took the tech about 30 minutes to do the work. $2,000/ hr.? On the positive side. I left a message at 4:45 am and they got back to me at 12:05 pm (the woman was very pleasant) and scheduled an appointment for the next day at noon. They called back shortly after this and asked if they could be at the house in 20 minutes due to an opening in their schedule.
We said yes. The tech arrived and did a great job. He was professional and efficient. If the people in charge of this review feel differently, please reply with a breakdown of the costs and set me straight. I'd give them a 5 star if they did.
