Excellent service, since I contacted them, they were very helpful and professional. They have adjusted to my days off to install the boiler. And Liam- the installer was very experienced and did perfect job. I would like to recommend the company to anybody that needs new boiler installed.

Having just moved to Swaffham I wanted to find a reliable company to service my oil fired boiler on a yearly contract. I read the marvellous reviews for Hall Heating and gave them a call. I asked what the time span was for an appointment and was advised because of the potential delay to look elsewhere. Can you imagine being told that by such a prominent and obviously esteemed local company? I am still astounded and sort of saddened.

Absolutely amazing service, we had a new system/combi boiler installed and from the day of the estimate to completing the job, they turned up at the times and dates stated, did a fantastic job, were very conscientious, tidy and polite. Well done Dan and colleague! The whole experience was unbelievably pain free. We were so pleasantly surprised and grateful that their are still companies out there that trade like this, big well done to everyone at Hall Heating & Plumbing Services. Cannot recommend Dan and his team highly enough. From start to finish they were exceptional, especially under the current circumstances. Will certainly be using them again for all our boiler servicing in the future.

Fantastic and Friendly company! After searching for someone local to complete an install of a full oil central heating system in our property, I could not of found a better company! Dan carried out the first visit, super friendly and listened to our never ending list of requirements. He was not pushy with us and explained everything in detail. Within two and a half days, the work was completed to a very high standard.

They discussed the progress all the way through to make sure we was happy with everything. The team were super friendly and very tidy, removing all the the waste and cleaning up prior to leaving each day. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for future work.

Dan and his team did a fantastic job installing a new boiler for me. An engineer visited quickly to troubleshoot my old boiler and actually had to turn it off as he found it to be dangerous. The same day I had a quote emailed to me with 2 options. The team came a few days later (and a day earlier than agreed) and fixed a leak, upgraded some pipes and installed the new boiler and Hive thermostat. The installers were professional and efficient. They showed me how to work the new system and tidied up so well you'd never have known they were there.

Hall Heating installed a new boiler for my mother, earlier this year. We were really happy with the work they did. They were very friendly and polite, and obviously took pride in their work. They provided electric heaters so that my mother had heat while the work was carried out. When the job was completed, they left the place clean and tidy. We had to call them out a few weeks later, as my mother was not happy with the controller we had chosen. Dan came out and fitted a different controller without any questions. I would highly recommend Hall Heating & Plumbing services and my mother and I look forward to seeing them again, to carry out the annual service on the boiler.
