I had a great old 1978 furnace that was in great condition. It started to not cycle correctly and I walked into their shop expecting the same reply I got from every HVAC shop in the Elmhurst area, "get a new high efficiency furnace ". So, I explained the part I needed and the owner went in back, came out with the part. Amazing! After I installed it, it still didn't cycle correctly. Airtech came out to trouble shoot and found multiple failures.
After all the options were explored, I purchased a new furnace and humidifier. They completely earned my business and loyalty. One year later, the furnace is running awesome. I would absolutely recommend Airtech for repairs, replacement and preventative maintenance.

Airtech's customer service is exceptional. From the initial phone call to the evaluation, estimate, installation and finally the warranty registration they were prompt, knowledgeable, honest, efficient and trustworthy. Along with providing a great product line at a competitive price., I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

I am so very happy I chose Airtech to install my new furnace, thermostat, and AC! From the time of my first call to the completion of the job this afternoon everyone has been extremely professional, polite, and helpful. The work they did was thorough, neat, and attention to detail was maintained. After they were all done they cleaned up everything very nicely. Niko set up and customized my new thermostat for me.
He also spent about 30 minutes explaining all the features the thermostat has to offer and showed me how to use it. With the install I am to receive several rebates requiring filling out forms with serial numbers, model numbers etc. Danny told me not to worry he is going to fill out all the rebates for me and send them in. Who does that? WOW WOW WOW!
Who likes filling out those rebates anyway right? A Great Big Thank You Danny and Niko! If thats not amazing enough, I have a 10 year full replacement on my air conditioner if anything goes wrong, 10 year free parts if anything goes wrong with my furnace, and Airtech gave me a 10 year free labor warranty. Airtech installed a new Carrier Infinity system for us replacing our 20 year old furnace and failing air conditioner. Furnace broke down and I compared quite a few companies and chose AirTech. No mistake there. They came out and were perfect. Niko and John explained everything they did and tested the furnace. All went perfect. Very happy with service and price. Excellent warranty too. If I could give 6 stars I would. Would recommend AirTech in a heartbeat.

Extremely happy with our commercial HVAC replacement unit and services from Airtech. They spent time to offer us options and provided an excellent solution at a great value. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional, and even took the time to explain to me the problem, what caused it, and the repair process to get it fixed. Ray and Tyler were very courteous and professional. These guys were really on top of the process every step of the way. Niko got our heat exchanger swapped out and replace in no time! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC work done!

I started using Airtech roughly 5 years ago for just routine maintenance work & they were fine. Over the years I noticed that the rear of my home was warmer than the rest of the house when the A/C was on full blast. Bill the owner came out & recommended a new register & some duct work, but his son writes the estimates & he would be emailing shortly.
That was almost 2 months ago & they still have not sent me the estimate. I called numerous times & I even stopped by their office once & each time they promise they will send the estimate. Apparently they are too busy to care of this.
