Once all the repairs are performed, if the furnace and/or air conditioner breaks down during the current heating or cooling season after the repairs were made, the repair will be made at no charge. We guarantee that the systems we have installed in your home will heat or cool your home as we have stated. If the temperature range we have promised is not achieved, we will replace the system at no charge. If the compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a completely new outside unit.

The company we had used previously to service our equipment was recently sold and for a variety of reasons we needed to find a new company to service our heating and cooling system. I picked Holliday primarily because of their many 5 star reviews. We learned the reviews were spot on and we added ourselves to the 5 star reviewers. The servicemen are professional, well trained, and friendly.
They performed a more thorough evaluation of our equipment than we had experienced previously. I can recommend Holliday with no reservations. In addition, they have a membership for customers that guarantees you a serviceman in an emergency which is a great idea. It is like an insurance policy for a problem that I hope never happens.

I recently had a brand new furnace and ac central air installed. I was a bit surprised by the price but like they say you get what you pay for. It was wel worth it they did a great job and have been great so far everything has worked amazing and I have had zero issues. We contacted them after another service didn't return our call. Holliday responded very quickly and gave fast, professional service. For anyone concerned about this, the employee wore a mask (we appreciate it!) and of course did a great job with the service we called for. I am new to the Holliday service experience. From sales to install I am extremely impressed with the company's honesty and quality work. We ran into a small electrical issue on day two of the install. The technicians were forthright and honest about the process even when a minor mistake was made. They were able to correct the problem quickly and be open about it without hiding the issue. As a business owner, I appreciate this type of transparency. Here we are six months after we had to replace our heat pump and furnace and I'm still extremely annoyed by this company. Three things to beware of: 1. If there is any potential problem with your instillation, they take you off the schedule to be rescheduled at a later date. If I wouldn't have called repeatedly for an update and with options to get the work done, we probably would have gone all summer without AC. 2.
The sales guy was nice and all, but terrible with follow up. Also told me the entire thing would be covered under the loan with 'their preferred company, but it wasn't, and now they are calling me for the remainder every damn week. I get it, they want to be paid, but the experience was so horrible, they didn't give us any kind of discount or anything(okay, they gave us two years free of their twice a year check up service, which I tried to set up pre-winter checkup, not return call) after our terrible experience, they can write off the difference or wait patiently. 3.
The front line workers are empathetic, gracious, and great. In fact, they were the best part of the experience. But I ended talking with management and felt like they didn't give a rip about our situation and the expectations being set with me. That was so disappointing and disheartening, I cannot go silent. Overall, I can't give a terrible rating because of the hardworking people who worked on our house and tried to help us as things came up. But there were so many issues that I can't ignore the fact that our experience was pretty terrible overall.

We were an after hours call. Our technician diagnosed and fixed our frozen lines. He was very professional and provided us with ways to help this issue in the future. He helped us get signed up with their Service Club Membership as well. When we asked about Holliday heating we could tell he felt valued by his employer as well as Holliday valuing their customers. It tells a lot about a business when the employees feel appreciated. We will use Holliday again as needed.

I've used Holliday in the past and appreciate everything about this company. From the phone greeting to the serviceman, they were happy to help and professional. Steven took his time and was thorough in checking the whole system for issues and explaining his findings to me. In the end, he got the problem fixed and helped me get enrolled in their maintenance program to save a little money on the day and catch future headaches on my A/C and furnace hopefully before they happen. We had been huddled around a space heater for days before we called Holliday. Our technician Nick got right to business and found the problem in no time, he fixed the problem in no time, and NOW. WE GOT THAT HEAT BABY! Im so grateful we have heat. Being in a 54 degree home for a few days SUCKED. Wish i would have called earlier and not wasted time thinking i could fix it. I don't leave reviews ever, but these guys rock. The end.

This is a great company who does good work. I really like that they made sure to send out the same person that I had a couple years ago. It's a nice touch to feel like someone you know is showing up, especially these days, rather than just a stranger. They also had the very nice detail of sending you the name and photo of the person who will be showing up before your appointment time.
I liked that their arrival window is 2 hours (not 4 or a half day, like some places) and they were right on time. Tom managed to keep my heating system limping along for years longer than he thought it would after the last visit and he was very helpful and honest about the realities of repairing vs replacing it this visit. I definitely recommend them.

What an incredible company! I employ a great guy whom is on the autistic spectrum. His furnace went out and he had two different companies in the area tell him it needed to be replaced completely. One company wanted $5,500 and another even wanted $9,000! Through our company's attorney, we were referred to Chris. Chris went WELL above and beyond, he sent his technician whom was able to fix it for $850! They also had a great follow up team. I can't thank you guys enough! Spokane is lucky to have businesses like this in our region.

My elderly father waited for a service call for an entire day when the heat was reaching 85 in his home. I called Holliday for help and. Even though the call was after hours, the promptness, the care, the concern was overwhelming and sincere. I cannot thank you enough for a great team; obviously the morale is good amd that deserves a salute to the owners and management.

Our AC acted up with a loud noise. Of course it was in the heat wave that is only worsening. Being new to Deer Park and not knowing who to call, we remembered an ad for Holliday Heating and Cooling. Doc, the owner, claimed to "treat customers like family." We were about to find out and called them. After all, family helps any time we would call for help.
My wife Tammie called and got a hold of Amy. She was very concerned about our situation as we have cats an how hot it was. She told us they were on it and would have someone arrive that night. We were so impressed we joined the membership for by annual checks of our system which saved us a lot on the after hours call and service. They cared about us, our safety comfort and our pocketbook. Had an issue with our Reme Halo. Brian, the technician, came out and assessed it, and it needed to be replaced (sounds like that's an unusual circumstance for this unit). Brian said someone would contact me to schedule the replacement. Somewhat to my surprise, they contacted me the same afternoon and scheduled the time / day. We've had an excellent experience for Holliday and will use them in the future.
Everyone I've spoken with in the office has been professional and very helpful. Brian was great. He always called to let us know he was on his way, showed up when he said he would, is a very professional and nice person. Highly recommend!

This company has always been very responsive. Tom is my customary tech and he is awesome. super smart, professional, and kind. I trust him. Today, my furnace failed and Garrett Olson came out. He has A++ customer service skills (I don't think that anything can ruffle his feathers). He is a GREAT teacher, for which I was profoundly grateful. I have been having had an intermittent furnace failure (blowing cold air).
He showed me the error code light and error code reference sheet, which proved helpful in today's troubleshooting. Garrett thought the issue was the high heat sensor, which he replaced. All seemed well, but the furnace failed 20 minutes after he left. He returned immediately and replaced the control board (the next most likely culprit) and the igniter (which comes packaged with the control board as a kit) and swapped out the high heat sensor (I was refunded the cost).
This must have been frustrating for him, as my furnace issues turned his client schedule upside down, but you would never know it. He was gracious and pleasant throughout. FIVE GOLD STARS!

This 1 star is for not delivering the promise of great work, great service and standing behind your work. We got a VERY pricey quote from this company, but due to their great ratings, decided to use them. We needed a new system as our old one was put in badly and never worked correctly. The installed in May. In July, the AC was blowing warm air. They came out to fix it, but said "oh, they never hooked that up, that's why it wasn't working". Worked great again until it dropped to the teens at night, then I needed space heaters to keep the house warm (which was why we purchased a new system to begin with). Called them out.
They came- decided the problem was nobody set the thermostat controller to kick on the emergency heat. They left and within 1 hour, the temp dropped another 4 degrees. I called them back out. They then figured out that the controller was bad. Then we were told it was the one from our old system. We were never told, nor did we expect, that parts of our old system were being kept and used.
They then recommend we go away from the 2 zone option to 1 zone and accused us of choosing the 2 zone and said we were told it wasn't a good option. When we chose- we choose the option that was recommended by their person at the HIGHEST price point. Now I ask- who would choose the highest pay option if they were warned it was a poor choice- oh, and why recommend something you don't think would work?

If I could give ten stars, I would. Our furnace went out Wednesday evening/early Thursday morning. We normally call R&R Heating but they were booked until the following Tuesday. I asked if they had any recommendations at all who I could contact- they gave me Holliday's number. Trisha answered my call and was so very sweet to me in my panicked state.
She made an appointment for the next day, but told me one of her technicians was running early. She said she would keep an eye on him and if it was possible to squeeze us in, she would. They did a great job. My furnace was dangerous and they replaced it within 24 hrs of us choosing a new one. Nice guys, very neat and clean. Amazing service warranty. After seeing numerous positive online reviews for them, I made Holliday one of my interviews for installing a new furnace and A/C unit. The initial consult went well, so I selected them and scheduled the installation. Every employee I encountered, from Trisha at the office, to Tom at the consultation, to Mitch who explained the products and helped me choose an option, to Courtland and James who did the install, was great.
I appreciated the unfailing courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism from everyone. However, I have to give a special shout out to Tyler, one of their technicians. The new furnace stopped working the day after it was installed. I called the 24 hour service number and Tyler came to my house on Easter morning to fix the problem. It wound up being an issue with a small component that was easily fixed. Tyler was cheerful and informative, despite being called out on a holiday morning. I am so relieved I called Holliday heating. First of all the receptionist was very caring and told me everything that was going to happen before I even scheduled. She wasn't one of those people who talked super fast. So she made sure I understood everything. Next thing was the person they sent out. He was very thorough and took his time. Thank god he actually spent the time to look cause the simplest fix of loose screws could have resulted in a total loss of the unit we had just bought a few months ago.
I actually had a diff company come out a few days before Holliday heating and they didn't even turn the unit off to look inside. He did see a loose screw but said it was nothing serious. I called Holliday cause I could hear something wrong and it was so annoying to me. Little did I know that my fan was about to fall off because of the loose screws the other company saw but decided not to fix! Def recommend Holliday heating. Thank you for saving me thousands of dollars in potential damage!

Holliday Is the by far the most thorough HVAC company in Spokane after getting numerous bids, Holliday came to our property. They measured the house, they explained everything, I can't say enough about how detailed this company was. I am extremely happy with their work the employees and I am elated. Highly recommend Holliday for all your heating and AC needs be it a replacement to service this company is great.

Courteous and helpful: Called to have estimate for replacement of gas water heater. Chris came promptly, inspected the heater and shame on me, it's electric, not gas. Chris advised that his company only handles gas water heaters and kindly took me over the hurdles as to what gas line installation, etc. would cost and concluded that it would be much better for us to merely replace the electric heater.
In spite of the fact that I wasted his time with a non-existent estimate, he treated me as though I was a long-time, valued customer instead of a dingus who did not know gas from electric. would recommend and will definitely call Holliday should we have any issues with our gas appliances/heating.

Made an appointment and then the company called to reschedule saying they had a "conflict". OK, I rescheduled to their convenience which caused me to leave my work early (original appt was a non work time). Waited over an hour and called again to see where they were. Driver was lost in an industrial area "close by", but would be here "soon". Wrong. There is NO industrial area by our home. Terrible service. Can not recommend them at all.

I've had furnace problems for years. I've had several other local companies try to figure out what was wrong with my heating system, and still had problems. The serviceman from Holliday Heating came out and was determined to fix it, and DID, at a minimal cost. Usually they want to sell me a new furnace. I really trust this company, and when I do need a new furnace they will be the ones I call. Very friendly, hard working employees, willing to go out of their way to help people. That's hard to find these days.
