Air Control Heating & Air COND

It's 10 degrees outside, we just bought this house & this is the company that has last worked on this heater. The heater has gone out & they don't have anything available until Wednesday which would be fine if it wasn't 10 degrees and there is a risk the pipes will freeze flooding our house. I call them asking at least for recommendations because we can't wait until next week or risk flooding & their phone rep was incredibly rude with me talking to me like I'm stupid.

They had an overtime pricing that I would've been willing to pay to have someone come but they were unwilling to try and set that up. Poor communication, poor service & unnecessarily rude

I've been using Air Control for 24 years, now. And I've always had good service with everyone. I have three house's, and they installed all my furnaces and central air-conditioning units. If I called them, for a problem, they would ask me to try and check, and see if the problem was resolved, to save me a service call. I've been recommending them to all my family and friends, and other people, as well

The snow was falling and the landlord was reluctant to send a repair person out to fix the forced air heating system in the house, but they did offer a space heater for a 1400 ft house on a Friday night and then someone would be out on Monday. The staff at air control helped me understand my options and we're very thorough and great to work with. A couple hours later there was heat back in the house. thank you very much. Dan

Air Control serviced my furnace this morning, and Conor was a polite, professional technician who knew what he was doing, went the extra step to check my Co2 sensor. Didn't waste time and made sure everything was cleaned up when done. Thank you for the great service!

I had picked up new filter for my gas furnace that they put in and I couldn't figure out how to get them in so they came out and showed me how to do it and then they showed me how to reprogram the thermostat. And they also brought me three extra filters so now I have four sitting in my shed and the other one is in the furnace. Great job guys I would recommend you to anybody in fact I'm trying to recommend you to somebody that lives here too. Thanks again Nancy Howe

Guy showed up for diagnosis because my house is 85+ upstairs, even with the AC running all day. Told him I have a cooling problem and need to figure out how to make my upstairs more tolerable. Suggested possibly installing a second unit. I was offered 3 options: $3k to clean the vents and charge my AC (which they never actually tested, just assumed was low) $5k to do the above and upgrade me to a 4.5" air filter instead of my current 1" filter $7k to do the above and install UV filtration I just had Stanley Steemer clean my vents for

I'm sure there are tons of requests for air conditioning installation at the beginning of the summer, but Air Control was able to schedule us just two weeks after our quote. Their installation crew was prompt and very professional, and was done with the install by early afternoon. I would use Air Control again! Services: Install AC, Install thermostat

Update: The service tech Doug has been great through this process, I will say that. It has since been fixed and working properly. THANK YOU! The single zone unit that they put in through SNAP hasn't worked properly since the 2nd month after it was installed. I have gotten nothing but the run around from them since they "ordered" the sensor it needs to blowhot air.

I have went through this whole winter having to use a space heater to heat my top level of my split level home. After 3 weeks of calling them and being told once they heard back from their service tech they would call me back. Never hear from them I have to keep calling them. Now being told it's on back order, so no telling when they will have it fixed. They say they haven't heard from their service tech in 2 weeks, doesn't sound right.

We had a very difficult job at our home, and we were trying to get closed on a real estate transaction. It was extremely time sensitive, and Air Control Heating and Electric saved the day!
