Our centralized dispatch center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard response time is 4 hours and emergency response is typically faster than 2 hours. Over 40 service technicians are placed throughout the Inland Northwest so we are always near your facilities. Our technicians are trained to service and repair all types of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Came to clean out the ventilation systems on the cab cranes at my work. In the process removed and did not replace the cab filters and disposed of the magnets used to hold the filters in place. This company prioritized equipment longevity over worker safety. For that they deserve less than 1 star. Those magnets were purchased at the employees expense. Thanks DIVCO.
