When I called spoke to the receptionist, she was very polite and professional with getting a technician out as soon as possible. Company sent a text out saying tech was on the way, as the tech Scott arrived on time! Explained to Scott our issue and he went straight to the problem! Recommend highly. On a very cold Sunday, heat had gone out. Saw positive reviews and thought I'd call them. Within 10 minutes, I received call from Scott, tech on call. Arranged for a time, he was on time and very professional. Up and heat flowing. He had experience and it showed. Covington air will be my go to for all our needs.

Very happy with the timeliness and quality of the service. With cold weather fast approaching they sent out a great crew (Ronnie, Tommy, and Bryer) to replace my furnace. They showed up on time, were very professional and polite, and did a great job. Also, my regular technician, Scott, who does normal maintenance provides great service and explains what's going on so I can make a good decision. I completely recommend Covington Air for anything you need in HVAC. And get a service contract, it's worth it.

Covington Air has been taking care of our System for many years. Their service is great. They have courteous and polite staff not only that come out and fix your system, but also in the office. After recently purchasing our home in Covington, during the Pandemic. I realized right away that some things need to be evaluated for service and upkeep, as they should. The home was only 4 years old, so I thought I had a little time. However, after only a week in our new home, the HVAC system on the upper floor failed. My husband and I are not new to homeownership and we both knew we wanted an experience as well as a local repair shop to establish a trusted relationship with. Covington Air Systems, fit the bill for us.
Everyone we spoke to over the phone was polite and understanding. Several parts had to be ordered which became a challenge because of the Pandemic, not all suppliers are fully operational and because the HVAC system was only 4yrs. old the warranty required only original parts making this a challenge. Long story short after 2 1/2 weeks of sleepless nights and miscommunication on both parts our problems were solved and the unit repaired. Covington Heat And Air worked diligently with us to resolve all the issues.
I would like to thank personally Chris Pepper, Service Tec., Jeff, Service Tec. Supervisor, Doug, Service Manager and Ann for filtering every call. Thank you all for your dedication and getting the job done.

We were having air cooling problem at our lake house. Called an HVAC company to fix the problem. The company said the unit was functioning fine and we needed to add attic insulation. We added attic insulation at the cost of $2,000. same problem. HOT HOUSE. We called 3 HVAC companies to quote on a replacement unit. Covington Air was one of the 3. The Covington air salesman said he'd like to have one of their technicians try to fix the unit before we considered replacing it.
The technician came out for a 3 hour service call, covered all the bases, cleaned the coils, added 1# freon, etc. and explained everything he did. The service cost $257.00 (new unit about $5,000.00). Within 1 hour after the service, we were able to achieve and maintain the desired temperature. We were so happy to finally have a cool house! Thank you Covington Air!

Our air went out last year on the hottest day of the year so far. Within a day and a half, in the busiest time of the year for HVAC companies, we had a new unit installed. They even provided a window unit in the meantime to make sure we didn't burn up! Price was very competitive and the installers and service guys have been great. I would recommend Covington Air to anyone!
