Vigleone is hands down the best heating & cooling company in CT. I had to coordinate and oil tank replacement for my parents home from SC. It was an emergency replacement. The got him on the schedule and replaced in less then 7 days and the holiday hit as well. I had great communication, very fair price and simply the best service. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Wonderful experience with Viglione installing our ductless heating and AC unit. The crew was super professional and did a great job on the install. Asked necessary questions about placement at each necessary time and took great care to get things right. Only complaint is that it took much longer than quoted for the unit to come in and to get the install date set, but with COVID and supply shortages, this is to be expected. Would highly recommend.

Wanting to replace a 34 yr. old 5 ton Lennox AC unit which was on its last leg, we contacted Viglione. They were polite, prompt and professional in coming to make the estmate, delivering the esitmate and then scheduling the work, actually earlier than estimated. The two technicians who installed the unit were equally polite, prompt and professional. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had Viglione's out probably 7 times over the course of the past year for heating and AC repairs (yeah, I know, old house), so hopefully these comments are a balanced average. Pros: Someone always answers the phone, they come when they say they will, I got the same technician so he knew my AC unit, the pricing on repairs seemed reasonable, and after an expensive AC repair became a replacement, they offered me last year's pricing which would have saved me money. Cons: Customer service and customer support.

When you phone, the person who answers seems really unhappy. I had an expensive part, and it took months to arrive. They never called me with updates - I had to call them. That delayed the repair, and then it became a replacement. So I'm not sure sales, service, and reception communicate very well. Also, when a $1400 part became a $6500 replacement, it wasn't their fault, but I kind of expected they would call and say, something like, hey, we're so sorry, we want you to have faith in our company, we'll make sure your install is first on our list in this hot weather. OR ANYTHING!

So at this point, I didn't feel comfortable hiring them for an install and I hired a different HVAC company, because I learned that if anything went wrong, they wouldn't necessarily go out of their way to make it right. TO BE FAIR, I think they are fine for many things, it's just after 1.5 years, I kind of expected they would know my name, and say hi when I called, or care that I was happy with their work, and they really didn't.

I'd say, oh, well, HVAC isn't a caring, white glove profession, except the other 2 companies that bid for the new job were way better, so I know better customer service exists in the industry. So, 3 stars. Not horrible, but there's better out there.

We had to have a complete replacement of our AC unit. Nick and Matteo were absolutely professional, efficient and did a wonderful job. John in the office kept on top of getting us our equipment and scheduled ASAP. Mr. Viglione came to give us an estimate and we felt it was very fair priced. We ultimately chose Viglione over three other local companies.

I will definitely work with them again. I highly recommend this company. They were great following all the restrictions necessary for our HOA. Thanks to everyone involved. Couldn't be a happier customer. Milford, CT.

Viglione has been our A/C Co for over 20 years and we just got a new Lennox system. After adjustment it is working well. Viglione is generally good with knowledgeable service people and good overall responsiveness. Communication between Co. & customers and service reps could definitely be improved however. We waited 5 weeks with no A/C in July, because of Covid related equipment delays. Were there other options? They never called to explain. When I called them it was always "we'll let you know when the unit comes in" - like don't bother me, I'm busy.

We bought our old furnace from Viglione over 30 years ago, so we felt comfortable dealing with them again this time. Once the furnace was delivered to their warehouse, they called and set up an appointment only a few days later. Nick and Mateo did a terrific taking out the older unit and installing our new high efficiency furnace. They always took the time answering questions and explaining the features with using the new unit. They cleaned up before they left. We would not hesitate going back to them for other services.
