They completely transformed the first floor of my house. It is literally unbelievable what they did. It is an entirely new living space. We are thrilled with the outcome. Their design ideas were so helpful and reassuring and the results prove it. Their team of contractors are all very professional and responsive. Wouldn't use anyone else for this type of work.

We chose Quality PM to do a kitchen remodel 6 years after our initial experience when Greg's team painted and did a variety of improvements to our new home. We were so impressed we knew that they would do a great job on the kitchen. Greg prepared a 5 week plan to enlarge the space, upgrade electrical and plumbing, install a new window and floor and repaint most of the house.

We were so impressed that the entire project was completed on time and looked even better than we had expected. All of the workers were courteous and professional and highly skilled. The site was fully cleaned each night and we were even loaned a microwave to reduce the disruption to the temporary loss of our cooking space. Greg also referred us to excellent staff for our materials. To sum up, we are thrilled with how our kitchen looks and how it has improved the entire house. We would strongly recommend Quality PM for any home improvement project.

From the first meeting, they made sure they understood what we were looking for and went over every step of the process. The work began exactly when they told us it would and each morning before the work started they went over what they would be doing that day.

When I came home, the only evidence of them being there was the amazing work that they had done. Everything was cleaned up and nothing was left out. This renovation was the second time we had Quality PM in to update our 1967 Colonial. The first was a kitchen/Dining Room/Family Room reno that opened up the 3 rooms and made them much more usable and cozy. This second job was renovating a half bath/laundry room as well as a full guest bath. Once again Gregg and his crew really shined in their ability to take a dated space and transform each room into a warm and inviting place. Gregg referred us to vendors who had the materials and fixtures that are top quality and the suggestions we received from him and his experienced crew optimized the beauty and functionality we craved. I can't say enough good things about Quality PM, Inc. From the very beginning, we felt we were in good hands. Gregg heard us on the consultation and estimate for our complete master bath renovation and had some great suggestions. The work went exactly as scheduled and the expertise of John and Paul revealed itself in a beautiful bathroom with all the details attended to. Even when there were a few changes, they rolled with it and were very accommodating. Great company and I would call them again!

We had a deck added onto the back of the house and a kitchen remodel where the wall between the dining room and the kitchen was removed. We absolutely love the space and Jake really loves the deck. It was our first time experiencing a remodel, and the Quality PM team made us feel at ease. They were on time, meticulous, always in communication, willing to listen/make suggestions, conscientious of the space and cleanliness. It is a really high standard they have set, and I would highly recommend them.

It is rare that you can describe an extensive home renovation project as "fun". We can honestly say that about our experience working with Quality PM. Gregg was extremely patient and creative during the planning process. We changed our minds many times and had him give us estimates for many projects. it took us forever to narrow it down to the final set. Gregg never failed to match our enthusiasm and sent us many detailed estimates, always with creative ideas and a smile.

Project management and organization was executed with near-military precision. We always knew who was coming and when, thanks to homeowner access to the excellent project management package that Quality PM uses. Once the project started, there was someone here working almost every day. The project moved at a very fast pace and stayed right on schedule.

The fine gentlemen who poured themselves into this project are true craftsmen. We would readily give them the ultimate compliment: they worked on our home as if it was THEIR home. Their work was meticulous, and the workers were delightful. Gregg's team, John, Paul, Bob and Charlie, were extremely patient with our many "visits" to check on project status. never making us feel like we were in the way (which we were).

They worked very hard and cleaned up every evening. They even took the time to play with our cats! The subcontractors were equally professional and praiseworthy. Bob from Danza Plumbing came back several times after hours just to ensure that we had working water for the night. He saved the day by coming at a moment's notice to hook up our stove when the specs were not correct. that allowed us to finish the project on time. Paul from Graves Electrical was wonderful, offering expert guidance in the placement of switches, outlets, and fixtures. Jim's crew from Jimco Painting was meticulous and so much fun to have in the house. Jim even helped us to clear the driveway during a 22-inch snowfall so we could get the trucks in! We cannot say enough about how happy we are with both the process and the product. Quality PM receives, and deserves, our highest personal recommendation.

During this past summer, we had our kitchen completely remodeled by Gregg Biche and his crew at Quality PM. They guided us through the process, from the planning, recommending vendors, demo, timing and following up after the job was complete. The schedule for the job was set well before the job started, everything was done according to that schedule and the job was completed right on time!

Since we were away for part of the time, they even sent us pictures of the progress. It was fun to watch what was going on. We were very happy with the crew. They were hard working, yet friendly and always patient with our questions. They went out of their way with special touches as they finished the job.
