A-1 Finchum Refrigeration Heating & Cooling - West

We recently had our AC go out and called A-1 Finchum as we've used them in the past and had a great experience. They went above and beyond again. Phillip and Austin were fantastic. They took their time and were very detailed to make sure our new system was working perfectly. We've now replaced both units in our home with A-1 Finchum and would recommend to anyone.

Call them the day before to find out some information and schedule appointment never got a call back had to call the next day they did say sorry and said don't know why anyone didn't reach out to me when they were supposed to then made an appointment for this morning and then I get a call saying it won't be till later today around 5 an let'remind youit's emergency service with 100° and a newborn in the home and we are reoccurring customers surely to God I expected better treatment than this

Just had A1 Finchum install a new partial gas unit in my house and they did a great job. It's been running for 4 days now and we are very happy. Had A-1 Finchum come out to our house to repair an older non working A/C unit. Technician Michael was on time and professional. He quickly found the problem and replaced a defective power relay. He checked all of the electrical connections and the Freon pressure. He even greatly reduced the noise from the fan assembly. Service: A/C system maintenance

After not having heat for almost a week, this company got us in right away to replace our package unit. They were extremely helpful and kind and took their time and care putting in the new unit. A1 Finchum is under contract with my builder for the first year warranty on my house that was built in May of 2021. On closing day, the downstairs unit froze, starting a nine month saga with A1. Of the course of the next 10 days, 10 different technicians came to the house alleging everything from a simple freeze to a leak from the attic that would result in them completely removing the siding from my house.

During this process, they ended up breaking both units and I ended up with no air in the middle of summer. Once they finally corrected, the fan on the downstairs unit blew continuously from June 15-January 7. We finally got a technician out to the house again, and after explaining everything that had been done/what he was here to do, he had been given no instruction or background on the issues of the house.

He "fixed" the fan issue, but here we are a week later and the unit has gone out again. Once my warranty is up, I will NOT be using A1 Finchum ever again. James, I would appreciate you reaching out.

We used A1 Finchum to repair our heating system and we could not be any more pleased with the service that was provided! Another company told us that we needed a whole new blower motor, which would have cost us roughly $2,000, but A1 Finchum came out and checked everything and determined we only needed a new relay, which didn't even cost $200! They were honest, professional and determined to get our heater going. We will absolutely use them again for any future HVAC needs.
