Absolutely the worst experience of my home remodeling experience. They did not show up on time they did a poor job as far as quality is concerned. They refused to send a foreman to inspect the work that wasn't completed. Once the job was"done" the HVAC unit wouldn't even work and it was weeks before they come to even look at it. As I type this one of there own repair men is telling me how poor the quality is as water drips from my trunk line. If you want an absolutely terrible experience I highly suggest this company

We have used Roger Newman to keep our AC/Heat Pump in tip top condition since before there was a Roger Newman's Business, as far back as the early 80's. Never have I had a complaint about his company's work. On this visit a well qualified technician showed up performed a service check on our unit. Everything checked out good, for a minimal charge.

I have had installation services to install my main heating and AC to include an additional mini ductless heating and AC for our sun room. I have also had some add on ducks installed. I have continued to sign for their annual maintenance plan to ensure our heat and AC systems are in good repair and working correctly. In closing I would like to say I have always been satisfied with their services which I consider outstanding. For these reasons my I plan to continue my reliance on their services. This was our second time in the last few years choosing Roger L. Newman. We called back the 2nd time we had an issue with our unit (11 years old and not purchased from them) since we had a great experience the first time we used them. Great customer service from the first phone call! The technician, RJ, was thorough and very good customer service.

They had to locate a part and come back to install, this was done the very next day, and all during a Holiday week. Also spoke with the Service Manager, Ray who was very nice and helpful. All I encountered over the phone were professional. We will be purchasing their yearly maintenance service as well.
