Rivertech Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been a customer since 2014. I have not had a bad experience with Rivertech. I recommend highly.

Called Rivertech after 5 on by far the hottest day so far. Described the problem to the answering service. The tech called me back a few minutes later and accurately diagnosed the problem without even coming to my house! He described the simple steps to fix the problem and within a few minutes we had air again! You want quality service from quality people? Rivertech is the place!

I purchased a unit from them over a decade ago and minimal issues out of it. I moved to a new house and they replaced the AC unit. They did a great job and they did it in a timely fashion. That's two for two, great job guys. Services: Install thermostat, Install AC

I tried using them based on their positive reviews. Someone was supposed to come out today to reattach/replace some pieces of our duct work. They were supposed to arrive between 8-10 so I took the day off work so I could be home. Around 8:30 a lady called saying she was sorry but not only could they not come today but that they wouldn't be able to do it AT ALL because they were so behind.

I told her this needed to be done before we close on our home next week and all she said was she was sorry but they would not be coming out. We can understand getting backed up but don't call during the time frame of when the tech is supposed to be at our house doing the job and don't call without a solution.

Great customer service, came out as promised contacted me when they were in route and took care of the unit. Chris Land the Tech knew his stuff and will be back to do regular maintenance on the units. These guys are the best around the area the only ones the family uses and will continue to use. After getting several quotes I called Rivertech and Adam came and gave me a great price which was followed by great service quick install and the Office was quick to help with scheduling. Couldn't have been happier.

I may have the name wrong, but Brandon(?) was great. I HAVE AIR! He was polite, friendly, was fine with social distancing. I know it is time to replace my 29 year old system, but he got it back running and gave me more time. I know a little. I know enough that he did a great job. He fixed a leak and stopped the fan from rubbing. Use these guys.

Our HVAC unit stopped working yesterday (a friday) afternoon. Out landlord called rivertech and they were able to send someone on a saturday. AC is pretty vital as this point of summer for our english bulldog. Everything got check rapidly and fixed in 30 minutes. Adam was very prompt at diagnosing what went wrong, changed the connector and adjusted the freon level. Couldn't be more grateful!

I was really impressed with Tyler and Rivertech as a whole. Tyler was prompt, professional super nice and knowledgeable. He took a good look at my unit, made some adjustments and suggestions and he was on his way. Unlike other companies I've dealt with, he didn't try to force me into buying a new unit.
