I was referred to Davis Heating & Cooling and was very impressed with their assistance, candor, and support. Chip graciously answered all my questions, but unfortunately they weren't able to help due to lead times not matching my need. I would recommend them and will definitely consider them again in the future. The only reason my rating is a four star is because they are so busy right now and a bit backed up (but who isn't right now?).

I was referred to this company by my neighbor who raved about Davis Heating and Cooling; and after a horrid experience with another vendor. AMAZING TO WORK WITH! No nonsense, very fair, very considerate and helpful in working with their customers. Earned my trust in 3 minutes (rare) and maintained it (rarer still). Will use for all future needs and also refer to all friends neighbors strangers. Yes they're that good!

We had a new HVAC system installed in our house around the Christmas holidays. I can't say enough good things about the work they did, and the time it took to complete. They were upfront with the cost, and didn't try to upsell us on a more expensive system than we originally had. Our system was starting to show it's age and having trouble cooling the house. for the last few years the Tech that came to service our HVAC system always mentioned how old our system was.
He told us it's working, but it's old and showing it's age. He suggested we start thinking about having it replaced and decided to finally do that. Install only took half a day, and they were professional and on time. They even let us know they need to come back to check the coolant charge in the spring, as they couldn't really check it when its cold out, to make sure it's completely full. overall it was a pleasant experience that makes me glad I chose them for my HVAC service. I would highly recommend them to anyone need anything done.

I recently had Davis Heating And Cooling repair my unit that was affected by the recent ice and snow storm. They were able to get here timely, do a great job and fix the problem. I had used Davis heating and cooling years ago at a prior home and they had to replace the whole unit. Their service is top notch, I would recommend them over anybody in town.

Excellent job. Technicians were very knowledgeable and kept home clean while working. The finished job was done with all components plumb and level. I would recommend this company 100 times over and I will continue to use them when the need arises again! They were professional and went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my unit was taken care of. Stop searching for a repairman and call them! DAVIS is great. This is the 3rd time we have used them (2 other times as part of annual maintenance plan). Our house and HVAC units are 13 years old and I expected to be told that we needed to replace our main unit. However, the tech found the issue in a few minutes-and didn't up sell me for a new unit. He did suggest that if I wanted to, he could replace one part, but it wasn't broken today. I feel like they are honest people! Davis has always done an exceptional job when it comes to our heating and cooling needs. They are always punctual and do a great job. We have it set up where they come out twice a year and they are always the ones who call us to set it up. They are always super friendly (especially Zach) and really take the time to explain what they are doing. We really appreciate a company that really cares about their customers and about the work they do. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone!
