We called DHC out for a repair. Our unit was not working at all. We were told it would be a 90 minute job. 6 days and countless lies later we finally have heat and air again. Amy McGuffey, the secretary/ service manager I spoke with, each and everyday, repeatedly lied to my wife and me about what was going on with our service and where our technician was.
Apparently there were more lucrative jobs to be handled so they put us on the back burner. I also attempted to speak with the owner, Jerry Denton, but he was "out of town". We were assured numerous time that we would receive a discount on our service, by Amy and our tech, but when it was all said and done we were still expected to pay full price for exceptionally poor service and horrendous customer service.
The company owner actually came out to our house, but never acknowledged me or my wife. No one but our service tech ever bothered to apologized to us. My wife works from home and she keeps our 18 month old baby with her. They were both forced to go 6 consecutive days without heat or air. I will never use this company again and we will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

I only wish I could give negative 5 stars. Absolutely the worst company I've ever seen. My blower motor went out and their technician said to get a new one. My house was over 80 degrees inside and after it took them a while to get it replaced then motor messed up after a couple weeks because they put the wrong motor in, and in turn putting that motor in caused other damage.
It took them over 3 weeks to get put the new one in and get it running. On top of that the technician checked the refrigerant and said it was full but it wasn't cooling the house even a tiny bit. When I had another company check it there wasn't a drop of refrigerant in it. My second company immediately said you need a new unit things are just gonna keep braking on this one it's not worth fixing. DHC should've known this when they first looked at it and should've told us the same thing.
They refused to give a refund since they didn't fix our AC which is what we payed them for. The owner said we'll refund it if we had them put our new unit in, but he was insane if thought we'd really use them for such a big job when it took them 15 times of coming out there to get a blower motor running. Of course they're still in business because they con people out of their money. Such a crooked person and business no one should use them.

We had several issues with our complicated home HVAC system over the past 18-24 months. As a result, we hired DHC to replace and upgrade our entire duct system in November 2017. After that work and expense, our older unit failed and had to be replaced in May 2018. We continued to have issue with the performance of the system even after spending a significant amount of money to upgrade the equipment and providing many chances for DHC to make things right. Recently, I brought in another company to give us a second opinion on the work done by DHC, only to find out that we now have to spend even more money to correct work that was supposed to have been done already.
The pictures and description of the work was describe as shoddy and amature by the technician. The company's management has not returned our most recent calls or messages. Their ability to deliver a working system in a timely manner has been terrible and we will not be using them again.

This company is excellent. Our HVAC suddenly quit working in February. Fortunately, it was unseasonably warm. We had been having issues with the HVAC (voltage output was low, making weird sounds, intermittently would not work for an hour or two) and we had another local company come out a few months before this happened. They said everything was fine and charged us $200 for the inspection. DHC came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes and only charged $79 for that.
The did not have my needed part in stock, but even with that, the repair was completed less than 48 hours after the initial call. Employees were professional, timely and cost was reasonable. Only a bit more than I was charged for the inspection a few months early. I wish I had used them previously. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely the worst workmanship I've ever seen! They put a new unit in for me and had the pad under unit slanted toward the house with shims under the back of unit so when it rained the water ran under my house. I called them back out and they had to pull the new unit and reset the pad. The silicone between the house ( which is rock) looked like a third grader played with a caulking gun.
I did not call them back for that I found it easier to just fix myself. After a year and a half we had problems with the unit so I reluctantly called them out and it took 5 trips for them to diagnose the problem. I will never make that mistake again!

Service guy was very nice but I suppose the company pushes him to sell parts. My blower motor was sticking guy says that will be about $500 to replace i asked about oiling it for now service tech claimed it won't help i insisted on trying that to get by for now. I oiled it and it has been running fine for 3 weeks now which was enough to get me through the very cold spell we were having.
I get that they are in business to make money which they still did $69 for 10 minutes of work is still very good pay and i would have been more inclined to use them in the future if he had not insisted that oiling it would not help and it did.

My A/C died on me 2 days ago in the middle of the night. I called DHC the first thing in the morning and they sent over their technician Immediately. The technicians checked the whole system and told me that a switch board in my AC has malfunctioned and it will have to be replaced. They checked every detail and even found that the part was under warranty from the company (which I didn't know). They got the part from the company and fixed it promptly. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to use their services.

I returned from vacation to find my heat pump running constantly. I called DHC and they responded that day. They had installed a valve in May and it had failed. Their technician, Doug, told me they would replace the part and no cost to me. He had to order the part, and installed it within two days. He was very professional, and explained what he was doing to my satisfaction. Great company and great service technician.

We had our main heating/air conditioner replaced with a hybrid Lenox. I got three estimates which included Costco sub-contractor. DHC Comfort was the sub for Costco and they are the ones we chose base on their quote and their customer service. DHC from the very first contact to the final instal inspection was outstanding. The installers were very polite, knowledgeable and on time.
When the weather turn cold and we started to use the heating there was a problem with the unit but after I called DHC they were apologetic and scheduled a service call the very next day, which was a surprise since their schedule was full. They fixed the unit and made sure I was satisfied, which I was. I highly recommend DHC for their professionalism and expertise.
