M J Frick does a great job again. They've been our go-to HVAC systems company for 12 years. Always on time and at fair competitive prices. Their tech, Ethan, extremely professional and thoroughly explained what was going on with our systems. Now we can get a few more years out of our aging units. And remember, get a yearly maintenance check.

I use MJ Frick on a consistent basis performing proactive maintenance to my home units every Spring and Fall. I have also used them for service calls and repairs as well. Each experience has been great, prompt and always professional. I want to give a special shout out to my service tech, Mason. This young man goes above and beyond to make the experience very easy and non-stressful for the homeowner.

Had our annual A/C system service today with MJFrick and as always they were professional, polite and on time. Their evaluations are thorough and assure that our system is in the best working condition. We have been with MJFrick for 4 years now and are very happy with their service. We have maintenance contracts with them for HVAC, hot water heater and dryer venting systems. We highly recommend MJFrick!

We had a constant "Humming" in our pipes over the last 6 months and had a local company come out to service. They were unable to determine the Root Cause and replaced some materials but it didn't fix the problem. On 02/23/22, we contacted MJ Frick Co for help. After a 25 minute evaluation, Dustin was able to determine the issue and replaced a valve in one of our downstairs bathroom. Very impressed with Dustin's knowledge/willingness to help and resolve. No issues and no more talking over the noise. Will definitely refer MJ Frick Co to anyone who asks.

We have never had a problem with MJ Frick and we still don't. We just think that yesterdays visit was very shady. They came out to do a Spring AC and Water Heater Service ($275). The tech claims he found a capacitor that "could" be going bad. He took the part off to show us, then said to put a new one back on is $82.00. The new part was free with our warranty (had to tell the tech that).

The tech was going to have to put a part on one way or the other (either the old part or a new part), but just to put the new part on, MJ Frick charged us $82.00. We called to confirm that the charge wasn't for the part itself and they simply replied back, no it is for putting the new part on. That to me is not good customer service or good business.

Wanted to write this to let MJ Frick as well as any potential customers know.you guys rock! Discovered my water heater blew at 3:30pm and by 6:30pm had a new one installed. Seriously! Great service, fast and they do what they say they are gonna do. Ya'll just become our permanent go-to plumbers. Thank you soooo much! I do not own a home, but my landlord had MJ Frick come out when the home wasn't heating evenly. I will say this, even as a renter I recommend MJ Frick HVAC. Their techs actually seemed happy to do their job. They worked fast and were respectful of my work from home situation. Thanks MJ Frick.

Summers in TN are HOTT and when my AC broke I thought it was the end. Thankfully MJ Frick was able to fix my system and offer suggestions to keep it running smoothly throughout the summer. I love companies that actually show up and do what you hope they will. one would think that's a given but we all know it's not. They are always fast to respond, they keep you updated both thru texts and emails. I have had both Mr Lamont and Ian come here to help me with AC and they both are great! They have super friendly staff answering the phone as well, highly recommend!

Unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy about sums it up. They installed the hvac unit in our new build home. It has had issues due to improper install (they admitted this) from the start. They refuse to wave fees or lower prices even though the issues were caused by them. Then when they get sick of coming out repeatedly, they start making up issues to bill you for. Thankfully I called another company that verified that we did not indeed need to spend 2k to fix a nonexistent problem.

We had an HVAC/heater issue two days before a cold Thanksgiving. That's usually the time most companies are super busy, and staffed lightly! We called MJ Frick's after hours number (well after midnight) and they called us back early AM, promising to send someone over by the end of the day. Their technician, Mike, showed up earlier than promised and worked hard and long to troubleshoot the intermittent issue with our heater.

The problem being intermittent was very difficult to pinpoint and get to root cause. Mike was very knowledgeable and experienced. He trusted his judgment and changed a pressure switch in the unit. The unit started to work, but due to the intermittent nature of the issue we were worried it could stop working again over Thanksgiving. To put our mind at ease, Mike gave us his phone number and offered to come back anytime over Thanksgiving to fix the unit if it stopped working again.

The unit has been working well and we are very happy (and warm). Considering the prompt response this company gave our urgent problem, Mike's experience and going above and beyond for us, we strongly recommend Mike and his company for any heating/cooling (and plumbing) maintenance and other services! Thank you, Mike, for making our Thanksgiving, and for being so pleasant and helpful to your customers. Thank you also everyone at MJ Frick, for being the best!

We had such a great experience with this company today. Our regular plumber was out of town but recommended these guys on his voicemail. We had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe at our water heater. Dustin came out quickly, made the repair quickly and was super friendly and knowledgeable! So thankful for their service today!

I've had nothing but good experiences with M.J. Frick. We've used them for a multitude of plumbing projects over the past year and a half, and had good results with all of them. An incomplete list of the work they've done for us: * Installing new sinks and toilets * Replacing water line * Replacing PRV valve * Diagnosing "where the hell is that smell coming from" * Figuring out the source of a dripping sound (turns out it was build-up inside a pipe)

My experience with MJ Frick over the last 15 years has been good. Their customer service people are polite and help provide solutions during hectic times. The technicians have been professional, called me back promptly and have done what they said they would do. I have paid only for service calls twice due to a unit not operating properly. There was nothing major to repair. A less ethical company could have sold me something I didn't need. Thank you!

I just got off the phone with their customer service manager and I was literally being yelled at after questioning their approach to diagnosing and documenting a cracked heat exchanger on our furnace. From our perspective they had a serious breakdown in communication and staunchly defended their position that they did nothing wrong. This is after we paid $259 to be part of their maintenance club. Needless to say we have ended the business relationship and will no longer be a customer. Company is too disorganized with multiple communication channels and does not seem focused on gaining new customers. Stay away!

These guys are professionals! Bubba with MJ Frik was out at our location with in hours of our call and had our problem diagnosed and an action plan to fix it on the spot. They have earned our business.

We have been happy with the service from MJ Frick. They replaced a board in our unit. This was the second time it had been replaced. They came out quickly/ replaced the board under warranty even though it was out of warranty by a few months. Very honest and quick to respond. Signed up for their maintenance program. Great way to keep everything in working order. We have used several other heat/air company's here in Nashville. Frick's by far is the best. I feel confident in recommending them to friends and family.

Since I've had my heating/air system installed on my new home by MJ Frick I have had several expensive freon leaks, needed a copper pipe replaced (which they only agreed to do after several freon leaks happened), got flooding into my house and damage to my hardwood floors due to them not sealing a hole they drilled during installation (during the 2010 flood).

I had to pay to replace the damaged boards on my floor. And just recently, even after the copper line was replaced, I have yet another freon leak. I was charged $200 for this call. The price of the visit was higher due to it being a Sunday, but they also increased the price of the freon after the tech give me a lower price when he first got to my house. He told me that "it is a sunday price for freon." I have had nothing but trouble with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I know that our business uses MJ Frick and we have personally enjoyed our relationship with them! They are always professional and courteous to all of our needs. Michael and his entire staff have been nothing but great to work with! They are prompt and their service is excellent! I would highly recommend this company!

I have had nothing but problems with this company. They installed an energy efficient unit I purchased in Aug 2010 for 5 grand. All was fine until Dec when only one room was heated and rest of house was cold. Placed service call and tech said unit was fine and increased the number of times the unit to kick on from 3-6 times an hour. Still no help PLUS my heat bills more than DOUBLED.

It wasn't till June of 2011 that my house wasn't being cooled and it was told me that my duct work was laying on ground of CRAWL SPACE.the tech on first service call never thought to look UNDER crawl space. So do to not doing their job correctly and taking 3 DAYS to fix duct work my unit is not breaking down left and right costing me over 3 grand to fix on a 3 YR OLD UNIT!

Even the Bryant corp told me my system wasn't a lemon but "abused" due to their lack of service quality. Reported them to BBB and all they wrote back was how I was rude to people and NEVER ONCE acknowleged the facts about their inept service and rude supervisior Shane. The owner is pretty nice and a good guy but this "Shane" never told him of my problems! DON'T WASTE ur TIME and especially your MONEY to this "company".

I agree with John M.two thumbs waaaaayyy down. Good luck getting them to answer your phone calls after hours. they close at 3:30 and most people don't get home till after and find their HVAC has problems. You may but mostly MAY NOT get returne phone call and if so.you pay after hours time to them.

The bad part isn't the air conditioner, but the fact that I had them out here several times the first year and it was never taken care of. The lady I talked to was always argumentative and said that all they were responsible for was keeping a house 17 cooler than outside. So that means that on a 100 degree day 83 degrees in the house is okay? I bet her house isn't 83 degrees today. Two thumbs down, I will never use them again.
