In 1980 John and Elaine Knight founded Knight's Plumbing. By always treating customers and employees fairly the company has grown from its original staff of only one to now nearly 150. John and Elaine then purchased French Mechanical in 1990 from Addie S. French, who had been in business for over 40 years and specialized in heating, air conditioning and sheet metal fabrication.

Would like to thank Stephen for his quick responsiveness to help our 93 yo neighbor who needed after hrs help because it was >90 degrees in her house. He was thorough and diagnosed the issue very quickly and due to the age of her current unit recommended a new unit rather than throw money at the old and it was great advice. Shout out to Kimble Bewley and Josh Benningfield who did the installation. Very good experience all around. Would recommend this company.

We placed a telephone call to Knight's to inquire about a hot water heater. We were told they would arrive today or tomorrow. They came the same day and installed a new hot water heater and pumped out the grease pit. They two guys were very polite and professional. Will Definitely use their services again.

We called on Christmas Eve for a sloe draining problem in our clothes washer that we've had for some time but it wasn't major at the beginning so we kept putting it off. We called the answering service and Paul called back in less than fifteen minutes. He was here within the hour. He was very knowledgeable about the problem and had it resolved in a little over an hour.
It turned out to be a buildup of sludge in the line to the septic tank. Paul was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some tips on how to keep the lines clean and working in proper order. One thing he said a couple of times stuck with me about his great customer serviced _ "I like to help people". Thanks.

Had another company make several visits to fix my furnace. I was told nothing was wrong with it but they turned my furnace off so I would quit calling. Vince M. and Dustin S. did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. They explained everything they were going to do each step of the way. They were very neat in their work and cleaned up very well before they left. They were very respectful to us and also to our possessions. Last Friday Jeff G. was here to remove our ductwork so repairs could be made. He also was very respectful and did an excellent job.

Paul was very prompt and timely in finishing all the tasks we needed a plumber for. He made quick work of everything we needed and did a great job. He was also very professional and friendly. He even made a point to bleach and clean up the area very well from removing one toilet before he installed the next one. Great service! And affordable!
