We have used Albaugh for our furnace. They were quick in response and professional. The price for our fix was less than what we expected. Very friendly and answers all questions. Gary and I will always reach out to them. Thank you Albaugh for keeping the Cox's warm this winter.

These guys came in immediately when it was -15 degrees out. They helped quicklyo rdered the parts and had them installed very quick. Been a week and no issues knock on wood. Would recommend.

Michelle had the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. Charge $600 for them to run a gas lines and put up garage heater. What a JOKE! My child could of done a better job. Heater wasn't even attached to a stud on both sides, made screw holes all over ceiling, and half of it fell down. Let me tell you what trying to explain what happened to Michelle was worthless. Don't ever use this company!

We had them install a new system in our new home. We've lived here for 24 days and it's gone out twice. 3 calls to the after hours line and no response. I'm very disappointed! They have returned 3 times and have now completly replaced the furnace due to a factory malfunction. Much more impressed now?

Albaugh's recently fixed a main water line break for us on a house we were in the process of buying right before Christmas. They were amazing and we can't thank them enough! We were buying the house with a VA loan and our lender required proof the water system was fixed in order to close the loan and Michelle (who runs the office) went out of her way to write a special note to our lender to verify everything was fixed.

The guys that came out to fix the water line were professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job and worked really fast. The total bill was completely fair, especially considering the high quality of the work that was done. I won't hesitate to use Albaugh's in the future. This company really cares about the needs of the community. Thank you so much Albaugh's for helping an Army Veteran and his family, you guys literally saved Christmas for us!

We have used Albaugh PHC for several years. We have had great service at our home and business. I have even called the on call number in the middle of the night a couple of times for the business. They are very quick to respond, diagnose, and either repair or give us options on what they can do.

I'd like to thank the Albaugh personnel for their quick diagnosis of my furnace (DOA and dangerous to run) on this cold morning. The guys were back right after lunch-the same day-to replace it. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. I've done business with Albaugh PHC for over 25 years and I'm glad they are willing to drive the 30 miles to my home.

Hi. Like most people, I don't take the time to write positive reviews. But I just googled Albaugh Plumbing as I need to replace a toilet and I saw both very positive and some very negative reviews. In support of increasing the amount of reliable information on the internet, I hope you will take the time to consider the following review of my experience with this company.

As a homeowner in Iowa City, I count on relationships with local businesses when I need home emergency and/or maintenance help. For whatever reasons, I've had more difficulty finding this in plumbing until the last few years when I started using Albaugh Plumbing from Tipton. I needed a new water heater and Albaugh offered the best quality, price, and service.

I continued to use Albaugh because I like being recognized when I call for service. I liked the quick response time when my basement drain was backing up. I was impressed when Albaugh recommended and worked with another local business using camera equipment to diagnose my tree root problem. Workers from both businesses spoke positively about the other.

Once my immediate problem was solved, I appreciated the clear options of maintenance and service to prevent future water issues. Bottom line, I keep using Albaugh Plumbing because I trust the service. I feel it is offered in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I grew up in rural Iowa and the value of quality and service is key to keeping my business. I haven't had any recent heating problems, so I can't speak to this, but I'll be calling Albaugh in Tipton this winter if it happens.

I had an excellent experience with Albaugh PHC. The plumber arrived within the provided service window and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified and showed me the source of the problem and then efficiently corrected the issue.

After scheduling an appointment, they called twice to try to cancel, however we could not because of taking time off of work to meet their appointment time. When tech showed up 2 hours after the appointment slot, he had forgotten the tools needed to put in part at the last job and was unable to service our unit. Tried to be understanding and work with him, he said he would put the part in the next day, we paid for services (even charged 2 hours worth of labor when he was only here an hour) stated he would come back the next day to put in the new part and fill the unit.

When we called back two days later because our air is no longer working, we were told the tech was there at our house (unfortunately we are unable to verify as there was not a note or card or anything left). They also stated that if we wanted them to come back out we would have to pay for a full dye test and labor to see what the problem is, instead of offering to check the unit to see if something happened with the replaced part or coolant levels. Disappointed
