They were so fantastic! We had a different company come out multiple times and had no clue how to fix our AC. it had been non functional for over two weeks at that point. The girl I spoke to to schedule was so nice and I appreciated how sympathetic she was to our situation. They were able to get someone out pretty quick (Friday am, which is pretty good for calling after 5 on Wednesday I think).

And he was able to figure out what was going on pretty much instantly. He switched the wire and that was it! He also found a fire hazard in our furnace and was able to save us from that going wrong in the future. I will definitely use them again if we have any issues later on!

Our AC stopped working. We called several companies trying and get someone out to service the system and they were all booked solid. Same Day was able to come out in two days, which was appreciated! Jenny was our service technician. I was a little surprised to see a woman AC Professional but, that's just what she was. She was knowledgeable and professional.

She was able to determine what the problem was in no time. She did a series of tests and checks and ultimately determined that the capacitor was bad. She had it in and the system was blowing ice cold air almost immediately. This chick knows what she's doing! I highly recommend this company and specifically their technician Jenny! Tristan did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing a gas line for our water heater. We are new homeowners and after days of frustration with no hot water, we called SameDay and Tristan quickly identified the issue and proceeded to implement the repair. He communicated excellently throughout the process, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Just super impressed. Tristan and Adam did an amazing job. We called with problems with our existing water heater and within two hours of calling the company, they were here! They educated us on the right water heater for our needs and explained in detail what the problem with our current water heater and set up was. They gave us in depth detailed options with exact quotes for the new product and service. Everything was installed without problem and now we don't have to worry about the life of our water heater!

Jacob and Brandon replaced our old furnace. They arrived promptly and did a great job with the replacement. They listened to my concerns and routed the vents and condensation piping to my liking. They did a great job with carpet protection and cleaned up well. From the time I contacted SameDay to having a new furnace was less than 36 hours.

I reached out to Same Day to help me with my furnace to replace the motor. Not only did I work a great representative but he was incredibly thorough and knew exactly what the problem was. Mark Taylor is one of the best, great asset and the only person I have ever worked with that knew what he was doing. I appreciate all his help and the companies for helping me out.

Dillon did a great job dealing with our old furnace. I'm sure he got frustrated at times, but he was always professional, on time, and made sure we knew exactly what was happening. Same Day's dispatch was knowledgable and professional as well. One thing I think is unusual about Same Day is that they charge you a $99 fee for coming out. Their reasoning is that they come out with a "fully stocked" truck, so they can fix your issue that same day. Turns out that the parts needed to complete the repair on my old furnace were not available, so he had to come back a day later. Also, the fee does not factor into whatever maintenance is needed.

Fernando was excellent. He wasn't an option on your survey but he was very good. The service was very quick and our electrical issue was solved a few hours after I made the initial phone call. Trevor from SameDay always does great work for us. He installed a tankless water heater for us last year and just came out to flush it and teach me how to do it for the future. Always friendly and professional. The water heater is awesome. I have referred friends before and will continue to do so.

Our main furnace was three months out of warranty. Coming home from vacation with no heat was not a pleasant experience. I called this company and they told me I would have a technician at our home the next morning. The tech was knowledgeable and diagnosed a faulty master control board which would needed to be replaced. Although the part was the second most expensive part on a furnace, this company softened the "blow" by providing a military discount.

The technician also did a service on both furnaces as part of his service call and changed the filters in the furnaces and humidifier. I would not hesitate to call Same Day Heating and have them send back our technician for other services they provide. This is the most professional HVAC company I have ever had come to my home for heating and AC work.

One more thing: The unethical contractor who installed our furnace wanted $600 more than what we paid Same Day Heating AND could not get to us for a week to 10 days. Same Day Heating is worth every penny that we paid!

SameDay has been our HVAC go-to for decades. Today they replaced our dead water heater and aged water softener. Adam & Tristan were professional, personable, effective and efficient in their work. Adam's expertise was obvious, and he went out of his way to help us maximize our $$$ spent.

David Brimhall was amazing! He helped us install a new set of sinks and faucets in our basement bathroom. He had a few obstacles but was able to creatively solve the problems and the final result was beautiful. We would recommend David to our friends and family.

Julio and Wes were awesome. they took the time to figure out my problem, not just assume it was the normal diagnosis. they figured out the problem that no one else has been able to do. they didn't try to add things not needed and were very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will request them if we ever need anything else.

We used Same Day to replace our old AC and furnace. About a year later we had some issues with the AC which stemmed from the manufacturer. Same Day went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and did a very thorough follow up to make sure we were happy customers. Everyone who helped us was so nice and made sure we were pleased with our service!
