I just had Titan service my fireplace and they did an exceptional job! Not only did they do a much needed deep clean but they replaced the embers and painted it. Above and Beyond my expectations and it only cost $100. Worth every penny. It looks brand new. Thank you. I'll be using them again. I only wish I had a before photo.

This is coming from an ex-employee of titan. I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy. I worked there for almost ten years and never have i ever been so disappointed on how they treat their employees. If you had a bad new install from a big builder company like Lenar homes or hamlet, i pray that you dont blame the installers cause its not their fault.
They are over worked and underpaid. understaffed and under appreciated, while the company remains being profitable. No respect for the safety of their workers or try to help them at all. And hardly take any actions to help out the workers, the lifeblood of their company. Oh and just so anyone knows, most of the 5 star reviews on this google page are from employees of the company probably just to make their rating better.-Zach Doom

Caught being honest. I own a cleanup company and needed to remove some of the ductwork in a home. I let the owner know so it could be replaced. Instead of replacing the ductwork as it had been, Titan explained a less expensive way that would work just as well. I think most HVAC workers "up-sell" to increase their profits. It's nice to see a business being honest.

Critical: Professionalism Maybe they do some good work but that is not what my review is about. I was on my morning commute and their company truck was flying through neighborhoods not stopping at stop signs and clearly not going the speed limit at all no matter where it went. The driver had total disregard for anyone's safety.

AC unit has been in place for many years without any work being done that could have possibly caused a leak AC Annual service performed on May 24, 2019 by a tech from Titan - Cost $110 Tech told me as he was measuring the temperature of the air coming from the register that he was not connecting to the AC unit to check the freon levels - He's the tech I didn't question him (but should have) August 8, 2019 AC is working when I get home from work around 6pm then stops shortly after I check and the thermostat says it's on but the compressor is not running. Temp in the house is not up to 78 degrees Thursday, August 8, 2019 I call Titan to have a tech come back and look at the AC Told no available appointments until Tuesday, August 13, 2019 so I ask for after hour call - fully knowing there is an extra cost but asked if they would work with me if found to be something the tech should have caught on May 24 to which they agree Friday August 9, 2019 Titan tech arrives around 7pm Titan tech checks temperature of freon line going into house and finds it is only about 73 degrees Titan tech suggests topping off freon - informs me that it's R22 and expensive - I agree to try it Tech has no R22 on vehicle and has to go to shop to get some By the time the tech got back the freon line was only at 69 degrees having left the AC running while gone.
He explained that it should be in the upper 40s Tech adds 1/2 lb R22 freon and after several minutes the freon line going into the house is down to 47 degrees I go ahead and pay the full service call amount of $350 ($215 callout, $45 1/2 hour labor, $90 1/2 lb R22) and ask the tech to have his manager call me Monday Monday goes by without a call from Titan manager Tuesday, August 13 I get a call from Titan.
Thinking it's the manager calling me I proceed to tell him the above story but then he tells me he is in Sales and calling to setup a quote for a new AC Huh? I didn't ask to have anyone call me to quote a new AC I ask to talk to the Service Manager. Abbreviated Summary of that conversation: Talking with the Service Manager I tell him that I felt the initial tech did not fully perform the service I paid for and I'm happy to pay for the freon but feel I should not have to pay for a call out or the after hours call out charge as this issue should have been resolved with the annual AC service on May 24 Service manager tells me that since the AC worked for three months he won't do that I told him I don't believe the AC lost that much freon in that short of period and that if it had the system must have a leak so why did the tech even offer to put more freon in I inform him that I planned on buying a new AC in the next couple of years and my sister has it scheduled to have them install a new furnace and that if he won't help out on this I won't be buying a new AC from them and it's not likely my sister will be buying a new furnace from them He tells me he will look at both tech notes, talk with both techs and call me in the morning About 5 minutes later he called back and said the first tech doesn't work there anymore so he can't talk to him and that the most he will do is refund the $90 for the freon I explained that at this point it's more about principle and integrity than money and I didn't feel that was fair and that I'm happy to pay for the freon He again said that's all he would do I told him I hoped that the $260 was worth losing at least two customers Needless to say, I will not be using Titan again.
It's very unfortunate because I know other people who have had very good experiences with Titan. However, they also didn't run into issues and this shows me what the Service Manager's integrity really is. As for the actual cost of R22 - I can buy a 30lb tank of R22 via various vendors for anywhere between $300-$500 That equates to from $10 - just over $16 per pound Titan is charging $180 per pound No wonder he's willing to refund the $90 - $70-$80 of that was pure profit.

I have had an ongoing issue with my heater for almost a year. I initially made a huge mistake by having Action Plumbing (I will never use Action again) work on it for about 6 months - to no avail. So I called Titan. They sent out Brandon, who has spent many hours and expertise trouble shooting the problem. He has never given up. At one point, I needed a part that was out of state when the heater was not working at all. Todd, the manager, found the part and over-nighted it at his expense so I would not freeze over a cold weekend (Thanks so much Todd!).
When this part still did not do the trick, they found a way to keep me warm until a specialist could come out to assess the problem. I trust them and know they won't give up until the problem is solved for good - without charging me an arm and a leg! Thanks Titan! You have a customer for life!

Titan installed the AC in my house when it was built. We recently discovered that they left the drain pipe inside of a wall, unterminated. Let's just say it's been dripping water in there for a couple years now. It's obvious that the technician knew it was like that and chose to hide it, rather than run it outside or to a drain. Glad Titan at least left their label on my AC unit so I knew who was responsible. Stay away from these clowns.

Our 23 YO airconditioner pump finally died on us the same day we returned from a week long family vacation during the first week of August. It was 90+ degrees in our home and miserable! We contacted Titan Air and told them about our situation and they sent someone over to have a look the very next morning. The technician who came out (Todd) checked our ductwork and the size of our home before recommending a system, and even though it's their busiest time of year they were able to adjust their schedule and sent an entire crew to our home and installed an whole new AC system that same afternoon.
The installers were skilled, professional, very polite, and cleaned things up nicely before leaving. All and all a class act. We are extremely happy with the new Lennox system and Titan's excellent service. It's been years since our place has been so comfortable, and the new AC unit has no problem keeping our house as cool as you please. Even with the 100 degree temperatures we've having now. Thanks guys!

Moved into a new house and Titan had done both A/C units. First day I needed cold air and it was a little warmer than I'm used too. Called the office and a nice lady had a technician out later that day. Justin was very nice and fixed everything under warranty (1 year full warranty, 5 years on parts). It was a bad little valve was all, but he took the time to test everything on both units and made sure the Freon charge was up to date. Great service, wonderful technician. I used Main Street Heating and air once at my old house, and this service was a night and day difference.

Last May Titan Air put in the Heating and Air Conditioning Unit in my DR Horton one year ago in American Fork. The compressor on my AC died and it is under warranty. Titan said they could not send anyone to fix it for over a month. Had to pay out of pocket for a different company to fix it despite it being under warranty so I could have a house that wasn't 90 degrees for the summer. Additionally, the air filters for the system they use are also a minimum of forty dollars. I am very disappointing in their customer service and their product.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Our air conditioner stopped cooling with temperatures between 90-100 degrees outside. We originally had a different company come out and they quoted us $600+ to fix the problem. Feeling discouraged, we contacted Titan who worked extra hard to find an appointment time to fit our schedules. The technician was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to inform us of what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Titan charged only a fraction of what the other company quoted and our air conditioner works great! They now have a customer for life.

I should have called Titan first! I had 3 AC professionals over the course 2 years come out to try and fix the issues with a leaking AC unite and Brandon had the issue pinpointed within a matter minutes. While the underlying issues originated with Titan, as they did the initial installation when our home was built, Titan was very reasonable and fixed the issues, charged the unit, and gave us lot's of sound advice all under warranty. I'd highly recommend these guys. They're thorough and honest and get the job done!

These guys are amazing. We had a really complex problem with our air conditioning that required multiple visits, due to ordering parts. They worked with my schedule and called often to check up on it to see if it was still working. They also gave me a pretty good lesson on energy savings and how to really cool down your house effectively. Always respectful, kind and quick. I highly recommend these guys!
