I contacted Beau's Air Conditioning in July 2019 to get an estimate on adding a drop (additional vent) to my rental property. I was put in contact with a gentleman by the name of AJ. AJ was very polite & came out to do an estimate for the job. After several phone calls AJ finally took my call to give me a breakdown of the estimate. I decided to have Beau's perform this task as AJ gave me a very affordable rate. AJ promised to complete the task that week.
By Thursday after no call from AJ I called the office & I got the run around stating he's out of the office or on the other line. I continued to call the office for the next 4 weeks. Every time I got the same answer. The lady answering the phone took my number & AJ or no one from Beau's ever contacted me back. My final call was Tuesday, August 27.
I explained to the receptionist that I have been trying to reach AJ for over a month. She took down my number & address & still no callback. I've decided to write this review not to bash this company because I have no experience their work but this company's customer service skills is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Properly communicating to customers is how to keep long term customers. Unfortunately I must say that Beau's will not have me as a customer & I would not refer them.
