Excellent service both in the office and the field. Gave the proper breakdown of issues faced, recommendations for further work, and follow-up procedures. Timely schedule and communication. Found the problem rather than quoting an entire replacement of pipes. Would highly recommend.

I have experienced their sand crew and I do know that they are awesome, they are a bunch of friendly guys very experienced hard-working and I must say I think they're top-notch I would recommend them to anybody that's looking for good quality work and a timely fashion.

I had my 17 year old water heater replaced on short notice. Ron came out and removed the old water heater from the attic and took it down many stairs (it was very heavy from years of sediment). When he installed the new water heater he did an excellent job. He was professional, tidy, and respectful of property. And it was no small job. Thanks guys!

I called to set up an appointment to have someone troubleshoot a toilet that is constantly clogged and install a new shower/bath set that would require cutting into the wall since it was a different brand than what is currently installed. I was very clear about this latter ask, and the person on the phone even specified to me that they could install this but would not replace the drywall/plaster which I said was fine.

They put me on the schedule, with no specific time that day saying they would call 30 min before arriving. I got a call around 3 pm saying they would not be able to make it that day but we would be first the following morning. The next morning, they called me at 7:45 to say they would be there at 8. No one arrived until 8:45. When the plumber arrived, he first looked at my toilet with the clogging issues.

After fiddling with it he concluded that he had never seen a toilet like that and that it was not filling (which has never been an issue for us) and basically said there was nothing else he could do since the part he would normally replace was not removable - our only option was to replace the toilet entirely. I'm still unclear as to how that would resolve our clogging issues, but he also said it's probably our pipes and replacing them would be $10-20k.

So basically he got my bathroom all wet and left it that way, and someone got my toilet to stop filling. As far as the shower goes, I had all the parts and pieces needed but he said a job like that was not built into his schedule and he was told it was a simple screw on a new shower head job. So a total miscommunication on Earl's Plumbing's end and I would have to reschedule yet again.

Long story short - I'm done working with this company. Luckily they didn't charge me for not doing anything at my house but it was a total waste of my time and I won't be making this mistake again.

These guys were great. Called this morning after an extremely high water bill made me suspect a leak. Shelly was professional, responsive and managed to fit me in today. The guys that showed up (unfortunately I failed to ask their names) found the leak and didn't just repair it, they replaced the entire pipe. Took them a little over 2 hours Now it did cost me $1,800, BUT it was well worth it to be treated so considerately and to have my problem fixed immediately. Plus, they had to dig up the front yard, which I'm fine with. Will most certainly use these guys in the future.

I started using Earl’s after bad experiences with 2 other Plumbing companies, and they have been my go-to service provider for over 10 years. Always courteous and professional and reasonably priced. Can’t say enough great things about their work!

I found the Company's information listed on Rheem's Website under "Service Providers", so I called to inquire about getting my hot water heater repaired. The woman I spoke with was beyond rude. She cut me off mid sentence to say, "Ummmm, We're NOT going to work on a hot water heater we didn't install." (Which is perfectly understandable. Her Abrasiveness was not.) I don't think I'll be seeking services here again.

Our house decided to flood itself on Christmas Eve Day, and Earl's was here within an hour, thank goodness! Took them a couple hours but they got everything cleaned out and we are back in business before 2 PM. The bill wasn't bad at all either being that this was an emergency call on a holiday. Highly recommend!

Today I had the plumbing guys out Joseph and Antoine, who was very professional and reassuring me everything will be done correctly. They made me feel better. Thank you guys

Earl's i want to thank you for the fast response time. Ron is a great guy to meet and helped us out. We called on the Sat. before Labor Day our tub had a problem water wouldn't shut off. Ron called us back and came over to fix it for the time. We had to get a new faucet set because it was to old. On Friday we had Ron from Earl's plumbing come back to put in our new faucet set in. he got right on the job finished the job with no problems. it works great by the way thanks Ron i'm sure we will be calling Earl's again when we need you all!

The contact form on Earl's website allowed me to enter specifics about my water heater. When Jordan came out, he was prepared with everything he needed to replace the water heater! Didn't even have to run back to the shop for anything - and he had to change the vent pipe as well as the 18 stand. Very professional work, everything cleaned up after he was done, Jordan did a great job for us!

I writing this note just to let you know that Earl's Plumbing is by far one of this most fantastic company you can call for a stop up sink stopped up toilet Eeekkkkk any plumbing problem that you have they can repair the problem. Bob & Leroy luckily came a day earlier & was so thoughtful considerate & understanding when it came to my house that has problems especially since it's a home that is over 50 yrs old.

It's amazing what gunk we let flow into our pipes and boy do the does it and then it decides to build up & block the water in every pipe u can think of. Have had to call for a plumber twice since buying a home a year ago. Both times, Earl's sent a plumber out within an hour. The first time, a sink wouldn't drain. They replaced the drainpipes and took the old disposal out at my request and were done within 2 hours. The second time, the 20 year old water heater started leaking rusty water. Less than 3 hours later, they installed a new one, drilled a new drainage line, installed a pan and hauled off the old unit. Both times, the quoted price was fair and didn't change when the work was done. To my layman's eyes, the quality of the plumbing looks great. Thanks guys.

Called Earl's Wednesday evening (just as they closed). We left message about a leak in powder room. They returned the call early Thursday and were at the house within an hour. Quick repair and reasonable charges. Recommend them highly!!!

We had 4 breaks in our under slab plumbing. Earl's hydro tunnelling quickly prepared the ground for the plumbers to replace the entire system. They did a great job, fast, and with as little inconvenience to us as possible. We would highly recommend them.

Earl's Plumbing is a fantastic company to deal with. I had several different crews at my house to replace my main sewer line below the slab. Every single person was terrific! They took their time to explain every step of the process. Their work was stellar. They cleaned up every place they worked on so that it looked undisturbed. They even replanted the plants in my garden that they had to uproot to put in a new sewer clean out. The office personnel were just as wonderful. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call Earl's. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Over the last 10 years I have called on Earls several times to service my home, my parents, and my rental property. Having performed everything from toilet repairs to under slab repairs they have not disappointed. I would not hesitate to endorse Earls plumbing. Being in the Electrical service business I have a true appreciation for the professionalism of their field and office personnel. Earl's is also reasonably priced and they "back up" (no pun intended) their work. These are the reasons I dial straight 8's when I need help!

I've been using Earl's for years. Their plumbers are courteous. They are upfront about the cost of the service before they start a job; there are no hidden costs. The job is always completed to specification and they cleanup any mess they make before they leave. They always leave me in awe as to their knowledge of what they are doing and the efficiency and speed with which they complete all plumbing related tasks. Earl's will always be my 'go to place' for all of my plumbing needs.

Earl's Plumbing has excellent customer service. The staff who work in the office are always helpful. A few years ago, we had to replace the pipes under our house. There was another plumbing company who attempted the work and did a shoddy job. We called Earl's for help and they fixed the other company's mistakes and completed the work. Earl's even helped us file the claim with our homeowner's insurance. I highly recommend Earl's plumbing to anyone who asks. Their staff are professional, courteous, and dependable.
