Completely satisfied with the top notch service I received with Butcher A/C from start to finish. From Dave in sales getting a quote sent over right away. Can't say enough great things about Dave. Have known Dave for years, always a pleasure to work with. Mike & Averey showed up on time for our 7:00AM appointment. They showed professionalism every step of the way.

From placing drop cloths on the floor to avoid getting my floors dirty, washing their hands along the way to avoid getting items dirty and cleaning up after themselves every step of the way. They showed me how to use my unit, explained placement of where my new filter is located, and how to change the batteries in my new thermostat. Mike & Avery were easy to communicate with and very easy going. Mike took his time to show Averey a few things here and there. Mike even trimmed a few tree branches around my outside unit. They went above and beyond and I'm forever grateful to now have a new working unit. Will definitely recommend Butcher to friends and family for years to come.

I bought an A/C unit (indoor and outdoor) from Butcher Air Conditioning. I've had a few issues with the indoor unit (the coil) over the last few years. Every time I've called Butcher, they have had someone come out to my house the same day, or worst case, the next day. The techs are friendly, knowledgable and professional. Each time they've quickly diagnosed the problem and had the issue fixed the same day.

In addition to the excellence I've come to know and expect from the techs, the management has gone above and beyond to help me. Mechanical components can break, so what I look for is a company that stands behind their products and will do everything they can to provide excellent value and service. Butcher Air Conditioning is that kind of company. I will never deal with anyone else, and highly recommend them.

A professional and knowledgeable company that does things right from the start. I purchased a new AC this past year from them and they came prepared with everything they needed and got the job done before 5 pm! I've seen other companies come unprepared to the job and have to make several trips to get the parts leading to a delay in servicing my unit but this isn't the case with Butcher, highly recommend them!

Easter Sunday, one phone call and repairman is here in 30 minutes. That is service. I do have a maintenance agreement and that helped with no ot charges and discount on parts. The Tech was courteous and prompt and had to go to shop to get a new motor, but was back in a jif and had me cooling within a couple hours. Butcher always has great service and very courteous service technicians. In this day and age where service is an outdated concept, they always please me with the techs and I am glad I use them.

We had Butchers replace our 25+ yr old attic heating / cooling ducts. We had the AAAA Team+ on site!. The work was performed at cost (no surprises), without mishap, and under the estimated time to perform. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we had a team of 4 young GENTLEMEN, Jose, Kyle, Stevie, and Justin who work as a TEAM, communicated as a team, and planned out the execution of the scheduled work. MOST importantly, they communicated to / with the homeowners, treated out home with the utmost respect, and maintained a clean workplace in the attic and downstairs within the living area. HATS OFF to this group of young men and Butchers!

From Ryan's assessment and recommendations to technicians Don and Paul to installers Eric and Charlie, I have been so pleased with first the insulation blown under my 100 year old cypress home to changing the duct work and venting to an a/c fan part today. What I appreciate most is the urgency in which the team addressed my emergency need of remedying the water dripping in my living room.

Each one of the men were personable, polite, and considerate of my uneasiness with such a grand scale endeavor. When the job was complete everything was cleaned-up, packed out and with easy convenient payment options I had brand new and improved attic duct work and insulation. We heard a noise last night but didn't realize anything was wrong until our house began to heat up this morning. We called Butcher and got an excellent technician (Jesse), who showed us a picture of a part that had literally exploded, replaced it quickly, and waited around to make sure the air conditioner was cooling. He also offered to change the filter while he was here. Two thumbs up! We LOVE Butcher! Mike and Jill G.

They lied for two days and never came to help! Every time I called they had a new excuse to why they haven't made it to my house yet. The service guy lied to me and the other service lady lied.

This rating is given based on 5+ years of service from Butcher as well as my most recent 2 ton Ameristar installation. I was extremely pleased with everything. They were very professional. Install went great. We have a contract with them for regular service. I highly recommend them.
