They did the job, and did it right, when other companies were backed up for weeks. My only criticism is that the job could have been done faster. When you're paying for labor by the hour, you don't want the more experienced person to frequently have to stop and instruct the apprentice on your dime. Service: Plumbing leak repair

Not a very clean experience. Yes they came in the next day and put in the new water heater i had. But they charged 3x what others quoted me for the same job. When I got home the space was littered with cut up pipes and they claimed they could not remove the old water heater, said opening was too small and their was nothing else they could do for me.

So instead of putting it where I asked them to, they just dropped it right in the walkway of the space I need to walk when I go down there SO, I had to move it.for what i was forced to pay VERY SHODDY cleanup and failed to follow very clear instructions on placement of old water heater. Be VERY Careful hiring these people. NOT IMPRESSED I expected MUCH MUCH More from them. and no offer of reduction for not getting rid of old water heater. Will Not Hire Again.

We're been using Keating for a couple years now for various plumbing and water heater-related needs and couldn't be happier with them! My husband and I have used Keating to repair an outdoor leak, install a new bathroom, and for general maintenance of our farmhouse's system. Every person we've interacted with--from scheduling to maintenance to installation--has been professional, fair, and courteous, especially Jared, who most recently helped us with a hot water heater issue.

Not growing up in the area and being young homeowners, my husband and I are sometimes worried that maintenance companies like this will take advantage of our inexperience, but I always feel like I'm getting a fair deal with Keating.

I have had Keating plumbing and heating put a mini split at my home 2 years ago. They were very professional and the work was good for my home. So this year I had them ago put a mini spilt in my grandson's home as well. They also come do my cleaning of my furnace each year. It takes the worry out of having to put a ac unit in my windows each year. The heat also works great as well.

I just bought this home so I called for a annual a/c service. The tech only cleaned about half the fins. Didn't check or clean the drip pan. What he washed into it caused it to back up and overflow. He left the old filter in the system from 2018, it's 2021. The filter he left was even the wrong size so it was just flopping around in the system, doing absolutely nothing, whenever the system turned on. I had to go out and purchase everything needed to do it myself and waste the weekend doing it. What a waste of $160.00 for an "annual service".

My boyfriend is a contractor and working on a house with this company. The plumbers showed up to work and threw a fit to the owner of the house that the contractors were not wearing a mask (in a basement, no where near where the plumbers were working). The plumbers never once asked the contractors to wear a mask. If they did, there would have been no issues with the contractors putting a mask on as they had them on hand, so the plumbers left early.

The owner of the house then asked the contractors to come to work the following day at noon instead of early in the morning to "give the plumbers space to work". Now, MY family is going to be without several hours worth of money, two weeks before Christmas.

On the way down the stairs to go to work, I could hear a pipe had ruptured. I called and they were very amicable. A repairman was dispatched and at my house in about an hour. Very fair prices for an emergency call out and the work that was done was very good. Extremely satisfied customer!

Had them out to look at two malfunctioning heating servos that control the water sent to our baseboard heating. They were very helpful and friendly however the next day I checked on the part they were bolting on (no major plumbing/welding involved) and it was only $25 online vs. the total charge of $213 for EACH unit they had quoted me. These parts take about 5 minutes to remove or install. I would have liked to have used their company further but upon calling them about the estimate they stood behind their estimate.

Our experiences began with house winterization and quickly moved to installation of a Mitsubishi split system. Good price and professional quick install. kumo cloud works great for remote control of temperature. I typically do almost all of my own plumbing work but I've been so impressed with the people at Keating that we are getting g them for our entire house remodel. We trust them without doubt and have much of the work performed while nobody is home. I can't say enough wonderful things about them.

Professional and courteous service. We had a Mitsubishi AC system installed awhile back and the install technicians were very good. Both in the installation of the system and showing us how to operate the remotes for the system. We had one service call since and the tech resolved the problem, promptly.

The selection of our Mitsubishi split system was quick and painless! Mike had the scope and specifications for the installation within 48 hours of my call. It was only two weeks to get the compressor and inside units (2) and have them installed. The team of two installers came on time the day of installation and finished by 3 PM. They were neat, courteous, and respectful of our property and completely cleaned up all packing and construction debris.

They even picked up all of the wire ends they had to strip. We are completely satisfied with the entire experience. The units work wonderfully in heating mode. We have yet to use the AC or dehumidifying modes, but I am sure they will work out as well.

Friendly down to earth people that really know their plumbing and heating! Years of experience handling big and small jobs. Mike and Lynne are good people.and they have knowledgeable staff and techs. We needed to replace our boiler and Lynne and Mike gave us great advice.if they traveled to CT we would have had them do the job too, but they got us in right direction!
