On a cold Saturday morning we woke up in a house without heat! It was 10F outside and temperature in a house was dropping! We were in a panic mode! We called Home Advisor and Garret was in our house in less than 30 min. It took him about 10 min to diagnose the problem. But he also informed us that our 15 year old furnace is not safe to operate and needs to be replaced due to rust.
I was skeptical and called for a second opinion. His diagnose has been confirmed and I hired Garrett to do the replacement. He did a great job and we could not be happier with the results.
