This company actually provides real customer service! I am a senior and live with my adult daughter who is disabled. My a/c went out in August during some of the hottest days in the summer. Because they couldn't replace the system for a couple of days, they came in the same day I called and installed two temporary window units in our bedrooms. If you're looking for outstanding service, this is definitely a company you want to work with. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Had our fourteen year old system fully replaced and they did a great job. The ton was the same as old system, yet better energy savings because of there better knowledge and a very competitive price. Don't be fooled by the highly advertising companies on tv. They tried to screw me big time. Go with the locals

Called for an AC service check due to an occasional noise coming from the outside unit. They were quick to show up and able to diagnose the issue as something non-critical. I also reached out to them to install new thermostat cabling since it appeared we did not have a common wire. They provided a reasonable quote and we scheduled a time for the fix.

Upon further inspection on arrival, the technicians immediately realized that there indeed was a common wire that the previous owners had tucked away in the wall. They retrieved the wire, installed it in the thermostat, and called it "no charge". Solid, honest service.

We have been using them for a few years now to tuneup out two air conditioning units. They have been reliable and the pricing has been fair.

I have used Work Environmental over the years. I had a HVAC system put in this summer. No problems and the installers left my attic cleaner than when they started. Markus came out on a pump issue the same day I called. Did a temporary repair and replaced the pump first thing in the morning. What not to like? Thanks guys. My AC unit was leaking all kinds of water on the outside and needed someone ASAP. Environmental went out the following day after 5pm and they stayed in contact to make sure I knew they were coming out. Turns out it was a quick fix and very affordable. Awesome service! BEST COMPANY AND BEST EMPLOYEES! I found this company by Angie's list a few years ago and when I had air condition issue and one technician came to look at it from Work Environmental Systems. He found out that it was a fuse issue. He replaced and didn't even charge any. Amazing! Finally, my air condition caused a major issue but no worry.

I have this company phone number on my phone. So I called and they came out fixed it. Price is reasonable and technician is super nice. After my air condition fixed from them I never have any issue. Highly recommend this company. Matter of fact, put this company phone number on your contact list.

IM NOT HAPPY! Made appointment early this week. I took off from work at noon to be here by 2 because my appointment was between 2-5. No call no show! So basically, I lost 4 hrs of my vacation time!

So glad I found this company! The technician (Andy) was punctual, professional, and honestly went above and beyond. After another company informed me my entire unit needed to be replaced, I sought a second opinion. Best thing I ever did. Not only did I Not need a new unit, it was a simple fix, and cheap! Ny daughter and son-in-law recommended Work Environmental. What a great experience with Work Environmental. My air conditioning went out on a Saturday. Because of workload they couldn't come out until Sunday but once on site the technician worked tirelessly and professionally to isolate and restore my service at a cost that was very affordable.

The technician even brought me the failed parts so I could see what he'd found and got my approval before beginning any repairs. After a previous company tried to sell me a whole new system it was really refreshing to find a company that shows such honesty and integrity in this day and age. Now I know why my family was so willing to provide a reference for them.

I've had two good experiences with this company, so it's time to review. They installed an AC system for us a year ago. That went well. They arrived on time, did it quickly, despite some hang ups, and were polite. Good price and all that. We were happy.until today when the AC wouldn't start. I did all the troubleshooting I knew to do, but finally gave up and called.

Their tech called me back, and was honest that he didn't think he could get to us because they were so backed up. He was working on another job, but offered to help me troubleshoot a few more things over the phone. We found the issue and I was able to fix it myself. Really happy that he was more interested in helping us than making a fast buck and leaving us hot for a night.

We purchased our unit from this company and expected to do business with them forever. I called and scheduled a check up, twice a year you know, 3 1/2 weeks ago. I was told they would call the day before to give me a time window. I called them at about 4:50 and was told I don't know how you were overlooked, but we will have someone at your home between 1 and 5.

At 4 I called for an update as we had evening plans and was told he'd call the technician and call me right back. Sorry by 5:30, no call back or service tech. well it's true sales sell the first and service sells the rest! I can use any AC company out there, so much for concerns about repeat business or costumer loyalty. The kicker was the cavalier attitude of the dispatcher when I called to cancel. He could care less that he had an unsatisfied customer!

Two different A/C companies insisted that I needed an entirely new HVAC system and quoted me $15,000-18,000. My dental hygienist recommended Work Environmental because they did a fantastic job for her, so I called to schedule a time for them to inspect my current 10 year old equipment and give me an estimate for a complete new system. Dave, the owner, thoroughly looked at everything, asked why I wanted a new system because he said I didn't need one.

He recommended I fix my problem, and quoted me a price for repairing my current system ($790). He said that only in specific situations would anyone in Texas need a furnace any sooner than 30 years, and that a 10 year old system used under normal circumstance should only need repairing So I scheduled a time for the repair. Kyle and TJ came out, on time, and made the repairs.

These gentlemen could not have been any more polite, respectful of me and my home, or professional. I also asked them to check the freon levels and ensure that my system was running at its potential. When they finished, they said that all levels were at maximum. (They easily could have said I needed a few pounds, charged me for it, and done nothing because how was I really going to know?) I offered to pay when they left, but they said an invoice would be coming in the mail.

I was terrified as to what would it would say. But when it arrived, it was for $790 - even. There were no trip charges, supply charges, etc. They didn't even charge me to check the freon levels. I was prepared to spend $15,000, and was willing to give them all of that money. Even knowing this, Work Environmental only recommended that I spend what I needed to. Their actions speak to the integrity and work ethic of this company and their employees. We will NEVER use anyone else.

I trust this company and know they would not rip me off! Have used two times and will use again if my ac isn't acting right. Polite staff and seem very knowledgeable with what they are doing.

I love this place. No matter how busy they are they always find a way to get out to help us quickly. Every employee we've dealt with has been courteous and professional. They really go above and beyond. I recommended them to a coworker who was replacing his AC system and he loved the work they did too.

We lost our regular A/C man so it was scary when our A/C started acting weird. These guys were friendly, and very fair in price on a tune-up and small part replacement. Four stars. only because we called in the morning and they didn't come out until 4:00 pm the next day (but the weather just changed, I'm sure they are busy). I will definitely use them again.
