Two young men arrived to my home about an hour and a half after my early morning call for repair of my a/c unit. They were polite, clear about what they would be doing, patient while listening to my explanations, thorough in their work and their clean up, thorough in their explanation of the required repair, and seemed proud to help me solve my a/c problem. Thank you Blackwell Services for sending these two fine young men out to my home, and especially on such short notice!

They do not answer customers after hours on weekends for emergency services even when you have a contract with them. Their call center has no clue about who is on call, where that person is, if they are getting messages or not, and if any customers have been helped. If you need help on a weekend or after hours and you pay for that service do not bother as it will not happen. We will be changing services.

I've used Blackwell in the past for preventative maintenance and recently purchased a new HVAC system to replace our very old one. They were very professional and on time and friendly installers! I would recommend Blackwell Services for your air conditioning and heating needs!

Joel always lets you know when he is coming, explains every detail to my husband and myself, takes all the time that you need and makes sure that the outcome is accomplished to the customer's expectations. Blackwell Services offers a special deal to assure all of our maintenance needs and fixes anything that we need to accomplish. There is no room for improvement as Blackwell Services has obviously employed the best with Joel Alvarez!

I was introduced to this Company through one of their employees, Albert Santana. The way he promoted the company made me want to give them a try. I am a realtor so I have used them several times now for my clients. It's really important for me to recommend good companies to my buyers and sellers. Blackwell does not disappoint! They are very attentive.

They can get you on the schedule right away, and they show up promptly. They even give you a courtesy call when the tech is on the way, along with sending you a picture of who to expect at your door. The techs communicate well and explain what is going on so my clients really understand. The work they do is reasonably priced and done well. I am glad to have them in my corner. I am a realtor so I have used Blackwell more than once. Every experience is a good one. Let me start by saying you are able to get an appointment next day when you call in. I love that I don't have to wait 3 or 4 days. Today Joel Alvarez called me first thing and was accommodating to my schedule. He showed up on time and was very efficient with his service call.

Thank goodness it was a quick fix. He communicated everything well to me and left myself and clients feeling satisfied with the results. I'm sure I'll be calling them again soon!

I have used Blackwell more than a few times now as they service both my home and a rental property of mine. What I always notice and live is their employees are the most friendly and genuine folks I've ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure to be friendly and conversational with me every time. Super super nice folks. Especially Joel. This makes a difference and it's clear they emphasize this on a management level. Prices are super fair and not outrageous like bell brothers (absolute ripoff) They also send you a text when the technician is headed your way which most others don't. This is nice so you don't have to sit around waiting for them.

Do not use this company. The son Eric Blackwell is dishonest and a thief. I would never recommend their services and should have listened to the other reviews.

The tech that came out to our home name was Micah and he fixed our heating system. I recommend him to all! Very polite, extremely respectful and extremely helpful! He worked hard and fast to make sure we received our parts within a week! He was also very thorough when explaining the what need to be doen to fix pur heating system! Which made it easier to understand! What a 5 Star service! Will use again in the future!

Our landlord sent a crew from Blackwell to fix our furnace and the thermostat in our office. We were very satisfied and impressed with the quality of service provided by Joel Alvarez who made sure the repairs were completed properly. Had new heater and air conditioning units installed Oct 2021. I want to thank Chris Osborne for his sales pitch. Very professional. The installers were also very professional and respecful. Cleaned everything up. You'd never know they were there.

I was told i needed a new unit that would cost $5,000. A gentleman in crocs came out twice and said i needed a new unit and there were no parts for my unit. 2 other gentlemen cane out 2 days later, said the same thing. After going without air for 3 weeks i had another company come out and say it was just a motor. He went to the store and came back with a motor and within an hour my air was working.

I understand a company trying to make their money but this was ridiculous trying to swindle a customer. I also don't like being called the "homeboy" when talking to the secretary!

I would highly recommend Blackwell services! Eric was very professional and friendly! The office girls were very quick to get an appointment setup for my AC!

They were all very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and went the extra mile every step of the way taking absolutely no short cuts. Joel Alvarez, Blackwell's instation specialist, answered every question we had with a smile and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job they were doing. Eric came every morning to make sure the installation of our new a/c, heating and ductwork had been installed as of it was his own home.

Had an appt. for noon, but they got there an hour early. Got a call letting me know they would be early which was great. Needed a yearly heater service and Joel the technician was very knowledgeable. Would use their service again.

We had issues with our air conditioning/heater. We were unable to maintain an ideal temperature for our house. We called Blackwell Services and Joel Alvarez was here in a timely manner. These guys are awesome. My a/c went out on a very hot week. When the owner found out my wife wife was pregnant he went to Lowes and purchased portable air conditioners for us to use. Overwhelmed with gratitude. Did a great job on my new unit and was surprised how they made it affordable for me.

3 years later and my A/C is still working awesome after the OTHER COMPANY TREATED ME HONESTLY! Just proof of my original reviews FACTS! Thanks for trying to rip me off, but I am not the one.

I'm conflicted alittle in writing this review. In November I had a problem with my heating. A technician named Joel was sent. He was professional, and fantastic fixed the heater. My wife and I was so empressed we went ahead and phurchased their annual maintenance package.( I now would not recommend you do that). I was told someone from the office would contact us in May to have our air conditioning serviced.

The phone call never came. I called the office an apology for someone not scheduling it was given. I was than scheduled for a Thursday from 1-3 pm. The technician never showed up? So I called the office an apology was given someone forgot to put the service call on the schedule. I was than given a Wednesday from 12-2pm. Over the weekend the air conditioning unit was making an unusual noise.

So I called the office and my appointment was moved up for Tuesday 10-12pm. At 9:00am a technician arrived in a Cadillac? Being cautious i asked who he was. It was the service manager? I questioned how he could repair anything driving a Cadillac? The service truck blew the engine last night? He was only going to check system and send someone later to service the unit?

All that was checked was the unit pressure? I just couldn't continue with blackwell so I immediately hired someone else. I did ask for a refund on my prepaid service, and was told we will look into it. Its just not right to be charged for something that wasn't done.

Blackwell has done both the installation of a whole house fan and a new HVAC system. Joel Alvarez was the lead installer on both jobs, and he and George were fantastic to work with, and a great representation to the company. They were courteous, kept us aware of what was going on, and cleaned up after themselves. When there was an issue with part of our install, Eric took ownership of the mistake and worked to correct it. We will continue to use Blackwell in the future.

Well, my experience with this company was perfect. Technician, Scott Doe arrived within an hour of placing my call to the office. My air conditioning unit was not cooling as it should be. Scott found the issue and had to go back to Lodi to get a second item. Again, came back in a relatively short period of time and now my air conditioning is working perfectly.

Everything was perfect - from the initial call to request service, to the technician's arrival and repair of the unit. My experience couldn't have been more perfect.

We need to add a heating duct to a new room. Blackwell is the only company that gave us the exact cost without even seeing. It shows their experience and confidence. Installer is friendly, efficient and experienced. The job was done professionally. Blackwell will be our most trusted company in any AC related projects. This company, after trying hard to bring life to our new house's very old HVAC system, agreed it was best to replace it. It would not be an easy install, but their team of Robert and Luis were there promptly as scheduled, were professional and worked with such teamwork that we were impressed.
